Rezilient is seeking a Director of Marketing to execute and scale our marketing efforts across employer, broker, and health system audiences. This role is responsible for bringing our marketing strategy to life by overseeing campaign execution, channel performance, and marketing operations, while leading a team to deliver high-quality, consistent, and impactful work. This is a highly execution-oriented leadership role that partners closely with the Head of Marketing. While marketing strategy is set at the leadership level, this role ensures it is translated into strong execution, scalable systems, and measurable business outcomes. You will oversee day-to-day marketing operations, manage a growing team, and drive performance across channels. Key Responsibilities:Marketing Execution & Team Leadership Lead and develop a high-performing marketing team responsible for campaign execution, content, and channel management. Translate marketing strategy into clear execution plans, timelines, and deliverables. Ensure consistency, quality, and speed across all marketing outputs. Manage priorities across multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment. Integrated Campaign Execution Oversee execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, email, social, and events. Ensure campaigns are aligned with go-to-market priorities and business goals. Partner with Sales and Growth leadership to support pipeline generation and revenue outcomes. Drive consistency in messaging and execution across all audiences. Digital Channels & Performance Own performance and optimization of key marketing channels, including website, email, and social media. Improve conversion across the funnel, from awareness to inquiry and pipeline generation. Continuously test, iterate, and optimize based on performance data. Website & Content Experience Oversee strategy and execution of Rezilient’s website and landing pages. Ensure messaging clarity, usability, and strong calls-to-action Partner cross-functionally to align marketing content with product, customer, and patient experience. Marketing Operations & Systems Own marketing systems, including HubSpot, to support campaign execution and tracking. Oversee workflows, segmentation, lead routing, and campaign reporting. Partner with RevOps to ensure alignment between marketing efforts and pipeline attribution. Maintain strong data integrity and reporting accuracy. Brand Execution & Asset Development Oversee development of marketing assets across channels, including web, email, social, and sales enablement materials. Ensure alignment with brand standards while optimizing for performance and usability. Build scalable systems and templates to improve efficiency and consistency. Social & Content Execution Oversee execution of Rezilient’s social media presence and content calendar. Align content with campaign priorities and brand voice. Leverage social channels to support both brand awareness and demand generation. Performance & Analytics Define and track key marketing KPIs tied to pipeline, conversion, and campaign performance. Analyze results to identify opportunities for optimization and growth. Build reporting frameworks that provide visibility into marketing impact and ROI. Cross-Functional Partnership Partner closely with Sales, Customer Success, Clinical Operations, Product, and other internal teams. Support go-to-market execution for new initiatives, partnerships, and clinic launches. Act as a key connector between strategy and execution across the organization. Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required. 7–12 years of experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, or marketing operations. Strong background in design, marketing production, or creative execution, with a focus on digital channels. Deep experience with website management, landing pages, and conversion optimization. Hands-on experience with social media execution and content development. Proficiency in HubSpot (or similar marketing automation platforms). Experience executing multi-channel campaigns and ABM programs. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work independently while collaborating cross-functionally. Experience in healthcare, health-tech, or B2B/B2B2C environments is a plus. Rezilient Health is seeking an experienced Vice President of Operations to lead and scale operational excellence across the organization. You will be responsible for developing the systems, processes, and infrastructure necessary to support growth and operational efficiency, and driving the execution of strategic initiatives. You will also support key functions including clinic and customer implementations, IT infrastructure, and internal operations to ensure consistency, scalability, and performance across all areas of the business. You will serve as a critical connector between departments, aligning cross-functional teams around shared goals and optimizing workflows to achieve measurable outcomes. This is a hands-on leadership role suited for someone who possesses a high level of mental agility, is a self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments, brings a strong strategic mindset to operational challenges but can also execute tactically, and is motivated by the opportunity to shape the future of healthcare delivery. Key Responsibilities: • Lead and scale Rezilient’s de novo CloudClinic launch function, overseeing site selection, buildout coordination, workflow readiness, staffing plans, and activation across multiple states. • Develop and maintain standardized launch playbooks to ensure consistent, efficient, and patient-centric approach. • Advise on resource planning and tradeoff decisions to ensure appropriate scheduling, capacity management, and prioritization across teams in close collaboration with Clinical Operations. • Lead KPI development, monitoring, dashboards, and operational analytics to guide decision-making. • Drive financial oversight of operational areas, including full P&L responsibility, budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization. • Translate high-level strategy into hands-on, tactical execution, operating comfortably at both the strategic and operational levels. • Build, mentor, and develop high-performing operational teams that embody a culture of collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement. • Hold teams accountable to clear performance expectations, providing coaching, escalation, and support to drive results. • Support end-to-end customer onboarding and implementations, supporting a range of partners, including but not limited to employers and health systems. • Establish clear implementation milestones, timelines, and communication plans to ensure seamless integration and strong customer satisfaction. • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Clinical Operations, and Engineering teams to refine and scale implementation processes. • Collaborate with engineering and technology leadership to support the development of reliable, secure, and scalable systems and infrastructure that enable operational efficiency and high-quality care delivery. • Oversee key technology tools and platforms including analytics, reporting systems, and infrastructure supporting clinic operations. • Ensure compliance with data privacy, security standards, and technology-related regulatory requirements. • Conduct regular site visits (25–50% travel) to evaluate operational readiness and ensure adherence to operational standards. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field required; advanced degree (e.g., MBA) preferred. • 10+ years of experience in corporate shared services or operations, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role, building processes and systems from scratch ideally in a multi-site, multi-regional healthcare or health tech organization. • Experience standing up a scalable, adaptable project management office (PMO) in a quickly growing company. • Direct experience in one or more relevant healthcare vertical(s) leading employer implementations is preferred. • Experience launching new business lines or medical offices across multiple states, with expertise in operational planning, regulatory coordination, and market deployment. • Strong financial acumen, including managing P&Ls, budgets, and financial performance across regions. • Demonstrated success building KPI frameworks, dashboards, and analytics-driven processes that improve visibility and accountability. • Experience working with IT or technical teams, particularly in infrastructure, systems optimization, or technology-enabled operations. • Comfort with existing tech stack, including Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, Asana, and Jira, is strongly preferred. • Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives, influence at all levels, and thrive in fast-paced, growth-stage environments.
