Professional experience as an engineer in at least one of our core languages or frameworks (or close equivalents), with the ability to engage in technical conversations at a high level. Strong familiarity with system design, software architecture, and devops practices; deep expertise in at least one area of the devops lifecycle. Knowledge of secure development practices and ability to uphold security standards across the engineering organization. Demonstrated ability to uphold quality through testing strategies and code review processes. Experience managing engineering performance, quality, and process across multiple teams or initiatives.
