Strong knowledge of insurance claims regulations, compliance frameworks, and industry best practices. 5+ years of claims handling experience, preferably in multiple lines of business such as physical damage, bodily injury, general or professional liability, property and/or commercial. Strong drafting and procedure-writing skills, with the ability to create clear, concise, and comprehensive policies, procedures, and/or training materials. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze regulatory changes and their impact on the business Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams and technology departments to develop and implement automated compliance solutions.
