We’re seeking a hands-on, organized, and adaptable Onsite Repipe Project Manager to oversee repipe construction projects across the greater Austin area. What You’ll Do: • Lead repipe construction projects from start to finish, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. • Coordinate daily with plumbing and drywall teams on project sites to support successful execution. • Serve as the main point of contact for residents and property managers—communicating updates, resolving concerns, and ensuring a positive customer experience. • Coach, support, and ensure productivity and safety of onsite crews. • Manage inventory, submit weekly reports and shop invoices, and maintain site documentation. • Partner with local city inspectors to complete rough and final inspections. • Identify opportunities to strengthen client relationships and generate future business. Who You Are: • Previous experience in plumbing, repipe projects, multifamily maintenance, or general property repair (hands-on experience with tools, drywall patching, or leak repairs strongly preferred). • Confident leading teams and managing contractors in a fast-paced, field-based setting. • Strong communication skills with a customer-first mindset. • Organized and dependable, able to work independently with minimal supervision. • Tech-savvy: Familiar with Apple products (iPad/iPhone) and comfortable using email, Excel, and scheduling tools. Requirements: • 2–5 years of experience in project or property management, plumbing, or facilities maintenance. • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. • Must be able to travel to and work on job sites across the Austin, TX area.
