About the Role The Senior Portfolio Marketing Manager for our Credit Risk Portfolio plays a critical role in ensuring our solutions and products are positioned in a strong and differentiated way in the market. This role is responsible for analyzing market needs, leading positioning and presentation for multiple products, and a successful sales enablement and engagement program is adopted. You will partner with product, strategy and sales to help strengthen our messaging, create sales and customer facing collaterals, and be the marketing hero for our credit risk solutions. This position is ideal for a strategic thinker with strong executional skills and a passion for bringing products to market and managing stakeholders from different groups. The ability to cross-collaborate and turn ideas into execution is a must! Responsibilities Be the marketing hero for the credit risk portfolio – a strategic thinker that collaborates with other teams for the success of the portfolio. Develop and direct comprehensive product and solution marketing programs for one of our core portfolio of products. Conduct, compile, and evaluate market research to understand buyers needs and market trends and identify opportunities for improvements in messaging and marketing collateral. Establish and execute marketing strategies, including product positioning, enablement materials, pitch decks, videos, thought leadership and other marketing content. Collaborate with cross‑functional partners and translate multiple points of view into strong messaging and marketing stories. Own customer advocacy initiatives for the portfolio. Prepare, coordinate, and execute product introductions, updates, and go‑to‑market activities. Requirements Proven experience developing and managing product marketing programs for products or product categories. Great communicator and ability to turn complex proposition into compelling stories. Proven ability to interpret and analyze market research and translate insights into actionable strategies. Demonstrated understanding of GTM processes, from technical materials to marketing campaigns. Experience collaborating with cross-functional technical and business teams. Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment. U.S. National Base Pay Range: $104,900 - $174,700. Geographic differentials may apply in some locations to better reflect local market rates. Base Pay Range for CO is $104,900 - $174,700. About the Role The Senior Program Manager/Team Lead will lead delivery across a portfolio of federal identity programs, including identity verification, proofing, credentialing, fraud mitigation, and secure data solutions. This is a leadership role responsible for managing and developing program and project managers who execute delivery across multiple agencies. The position requires a strategic leader with deep federal program management expertise, strong governance discipline, and the ability to enforce compliance and documentation standards at an executive level. Responsibilities Lead, coach, and develop program and project managers delivering federal identity programs. Build a high-performing team capable of managing multiple agencies and concurrent workstreams. Provide structure, accountability, and delivery maturity across the portfolio. Oversee delivery from contract award through deployment and operational sustainment. Establish and enforce repeatable delivery frameworks, governance cadences, and structured execution methodologies. Ensure delivery excellence, contract alignment, and compliance across all programs. Oversee program documentation including plans, roadmaps, RAID logs, governance artifacts, compliance deliverables, and contract-required submissions. Ensure documentation is accurate, traceable, audit-ready, and aligned with federal standards. Lead risk mapping, mitigation planning, and dependency management. Ensure adherence to security controls and federal compliance frameworks (FedRAMP, FISMA, NIST, CJIS, OMB). Drive technical accountability across engineering, product, security, and operations. Translate federal contract requirements into delivery strategies, milestones, KPIs, and reporting structures. Manage a multi-agency portfolio exceeding $45M+. Align with federal fiscal calendars, contracting vehicles, and funding cycles. Partner with senior federal executives, CORs, contracting officers, PMOs, and partner teams. Provide executive briefings, delivery updates, risk assessments, and performance reporting. Requirements 10+ years of progressive project/program management experience leading complex federal technology or identity programs. 6–7+ years of people leadership experience overseeing program/project managers. Experience managing federal portfolios >$45M across multiple agencies. Proven success enforcing program governance and compliance-driven delivery. Prior experience with identity programs, fraud mitigation, or public-sector technology strongly preferred. Technical: Federal identity solutions, documentation discipline, risk mapping, compliance frameworks, program governance, and lifecycle planning. Leadership: Leading and developing managers, executive-level communication, portfolio oversight, conflict resolution, and driving accountability. Strategic thinking across multi-agency programs. High documentation accuracy and traceability. Excellent judgment, operational rigor, and disciplined follow-through. Ability to influence at executive and agency levels. Bachelor’s degree OR equivalent experience in federal program management, technology delivery, public administration, or related field. Preferred: PMP certification, PgMP Added Value: FAC-P/PM, FedRAMP/NIST or security-related training. U.S. National Base Pay Range: $115,400 - $192,300. Geographic differentials may apply in some locations to better reflect local market rates. If performed in Maryland, the base pay range is $121,200 - $201,900.
