The ideal candidate will excel in stakeholder communication, risk management, and cross-functional team leadership in a hybrid work environment. Key Responsibilities: • Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, and delivery in alignment with business objectives. • Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements. • Coordinate and facilitate meetings with stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams. • Identify, assess, and manage project risks, dependencies, and issues. • Track and report project progress, ensuring adherence to budget and schedule. • Manage change requests, ensuring impacts are documented and approved. • Maintain comprehensive project documentation and ensure compliance with governance standards. Required Qualifications: • 10+ years of proven project management experience in enterprise or large-scale environments. • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, or Hybrid). • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet, or similar). • Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Preferred Qualifications: • PMP, CSM, or related project management certification. • Experience in government, utilities, healthcare, or similar regulated environments. • Knowledge of procurement and vendor management processes.
