Translate market insights into marketing strategies, develop campaigns, and enable sales for Rehrig Pacific’s Logistics Solutions. | Requires 5+ years in B2B marketing, strategic planning, and cross-functional collaboration, with a focus on supply chain or industrial markets. | Purpose of Role: The Marketing Manager, Logistics Solutions is responsible for translating market insight into clear, compelling marketing strategies that drive demand, credibility, and sales effectiveness for Rehrig Pacific’s Logistics Solutions portfolio. This role partners closely with Sales, Category, Product Development, and Events to ensure the market clearly understands who we are, the problems we solve, and why Rehrig Pacific is a trusted partner Areas of Accountability Market & Competitive Insight • Build a deep understanding of Logistics Solutions target markets, customer segments, and buying behavior. • Continuously monitor industry trends, customer challenges, and competitive dynamics to influence go-to-market strategy. • Translate market insights into actionable recommendations that guide positioning, messaging, product launches, and campaign direction. Sales Enablement & Cross-Functional Collaboration • Equip Sales with clear, consistent, and compelling enablement tools that drive effective selling across the Logistics Solutions portfolio. • Develop high-value sales collateral informed by market strategy, customer pilots, and field input. • Partner closely with Sales leadership to maintain strong alignment across marketing priorities, sales goals, and customer engagement needs. • Serve as a strategic connector between Marketing, Sales, Product, and Category teams to ensure unified execution and communication. Campaign Strategy & Execution • Plan, develop, and execute integrated marketing campaigns that build demand, strengthen credibility, and enhance brand confidence. • Transform audience and market insights into targeted messaging tailored by industry, channel, persona, and stage of the buyer journey. • Manage campaigns end-to-end—from concept and messaging through production, launch, optimization, and performance reporting. • Collaborate with Product and Category teams to support new product introductions with differentiated positioning and strong value narratives. Event & Trade Show Marketing • Work with the Sr. Trade Show Manager to develop event messaging, collateral, and promotional assets aligned to event goals. • Coordinate with Sales, Product, and Events teams to ensure trade shows and sponsorships reinforce broader marketing and commercial strategies. • Provide strategic recommendations on sponsorships, promotional tactics, and event participation that align with target markets and pipeline goals. Measurement & Performance Optimization • Define and monitor key marketing performance metrics across owned, earned, and paid channels. • Analyze data to evaluate campaign effectiveness and identify opportunities for optimization. • Collaborate with agency partners to report insights, trends, and performance outcomes that inform future marketing investments. Knowledge, Skills, and Experience • Bachelor’s degree required. • 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally within supply chain, logistics, manufacturing, or industrial markets. • Proven success developing and executing marketing strategies that drive demand and enhance sales effectiveness. • Strong strategic thinker with the ability to translate insights into clear, actionable plans. • Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills, including advanced PowerPoint storytelling capability. • Highly collaborative, with experience partnering across Sales, Product, Category, and executive leadership teams. • Demonstrated intellectual curiosity, resilience, and comfort operating in a fast-paced environment. • Strong planning, project management, and organizational skills. • Ability to travel up to 25% domestically by air. • Commitment to Rehrig Pacific’s core values: Family, Service, Growth, Intrapreneurship, and Innovation. That’s a big plus! • Forklift experience? Also a plus, but not required. • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience preferred.
