Why You Will Love this Job: As a Diesel Engine Technical Support Specialist, you will provide remote troubleshooting for common rail diesel engines, assist with training dealer technicians, and support warranty claim resolution. This role is primarily phone and online support, with occasional travel for onsite dealer visits and training. Important Notice: This position is primarily remote. However, if you reside within a 50-mile radius of a Rehlko site, you may be required to work onsite at least 2-3 business days per week. Specific Responsibilities: • Provide remote technical support to dealer technicians on common rail diesel engines (~80% of the role). • Review and resolve warranty claims, coordinating with dealers and internal teams. • Assist with technical training sessions (mostly virtual, occasional in-person). • Travel up to 20% for dealer visits, troubleshooting support, or training facilitation. • Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, and Training teams to improve service processes and materials. Requirements: • High School Diploma or equivalent. • 3+ years troubleshooting common rail diesel engines OR completion of a Diesel Technology Associate Degree or Certificate in lieu of experience. • Strong customer service and professional communication skills (phone-based troubleshooting). • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn internal service systems. • Capable of travel within assigned territory for dealer visits, troubleshooting support, and training facilitation. • Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the future. The Salary range for this position is $63,100.00-$79,500.00.The specific Salary rate offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location.
