As our Global Talent Acquisition Manager, you’ll lead the casting process for top-tier talent across the US and UK corporate functions. Perform minor repairs and maintenance tasks throughout the theatre, including seats, lighting, and general upkeep, while ensuring safety and professionalism. | Prior maintenance experience, ability to work independently, effective communication skills, physical ability to perform demanding tasks, and knowledge of safety and emergency procedures. | Summary: The theatre maintenance person is a team member classified based on individual theatre needs, and/or employee availability, as either variable hour, part-time fixed, part-time regular or a full-time hourly employee who is responsible for performing minor repairs in all areas of the theatre including projection booth (such as change out fixtures in the booth, repair fan motors, etc), but specifically not to equipment or maintenance that is covered by the Technical Services Department. Represent and act as a representative of Regal in a way that is consistent with our mission statement and policies. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned by theatre management. • Regular and consistent attendance. • Ensuring all auditorium seats are in good working order and repairing broken ones in a timely manner. • Tile work. • Sheet rock repair. • Training theatre personnel in the proper and safe way to perform minor repairs and/or maintenance • Changing light bulbs as needed. • Painting. • Perform the daily inspections report. • Other minor repairs as needed. • Working with management to obtain qualified personnel for larger maintenance concerns. • Have knowledge to arm, disarm and general operation of the alarm system. • Be aware of all safety and emergency procedures. • ***Professional appearance is required at all times conductive to the safety and comfort of the responsibilities performed***** Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. What will you be doing? • Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights. • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using cloud-native BI tools. • Collaborate with business teams to gather requirements and deliver impactful solutions. • Ensure data quality and integrity through validation and monitoring. • Support data governance initiatives and ensure compliance with policies. • Automate data workflows and reporting processes with scripting and cloud services. • Document methodologies and maintain version control of reports. • Stay ahead of the curve on cloud analytics technologies and recommend improvements. About you • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Data Science, Computer Science, or related field. • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP). • Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker). • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail. • Experience with cloud data warehouses (BigQuery, Snowflake, Azure SQL). • Familiarity with Python or R for data analysis. • Understanding of data governance, privacy, and compliance standards. • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative spirit.
