Summary: The Production Machine Operator is a key member to the production team and a summary of his/her responsibilities includes but is not limited to: monitoring speed and loads, tending various machines that perform functions such as filling, marking, labeling, banding, tying, packing, or wrapping containers. Responsibilities: • Operating assigned machines and all other associated work including; preventative maintenance, machine changeovers, adjusting for operational efficiency, and assist other operators as necessary. • Startup machine and observes operation to detect malfunctions. • Perform best practice quality checks. • Identify and report defective materials. • Maintain awareness of your area for possible hazards such as loose wires, loose parts, scattered tools, puddled juice or water, loose cording from cap pallets, open knives, bottles laying around moving parts of star wheel assembly. • During downtime take care of accumulating rework. • Manually record data as required, charting necessary process adjustments based on data findings. • Ensure quality checks and procedures are complete. • Responsible for cleaning and sanitation of all equipment. • Observe all safety procedures. • Completing required documentation to maintain packaging specs. • Verify such specs as cap torque, stream pressure, container fill temperature, fill weights, codes. etc. • Determine causes of downtime and document it on the downtime sheet. • Reports food safety and quality problems to Plant Management and SQFP to initiate action. Qualifications: • High School Diploma/GED preferred. • Machine operations within a manufacturing environment preferred. • Demonstrated ability to understand units of measure and record information. • Willingness to work any shift assigned. • Ability to read, comprehend, and following written work related instructions. • Ability to work without close supervision. • Ability to track and record production information as necessary. Physical Requirements: • Must be able to occasionally lift and/or carry up to 75 pounds. • Must be able to push and/or pull up to 90 pounds. • Must be able to continuously stand and/or walk for extended periods of time on concrete surface. • Ability to repeatedly kneel, bend, crouch, and/or stoop throughout the shift as needed to successfully perform job duties. Summary Description: Skilled Change Manager to focus on the people side of change - including process and system improvements and new technology, integration, and solution rollouts. Working as part of the PMO team, this role will participate in highly visible cross-functional initiatives and partner with business leaders, business analysts and change management leaders to support the execution of key projects across the organization. The Change Manager will be involved in multiple projects concurrently working to provide the analysis of stakeholders, help establish training and communications plans, and other documentation. This role will also focus on performing impact analysis, identification and tracking of KPIs and success measures, and risk mitigation. As needed, the Change Manager will be involved in establishing change networks and working with employees serving in a change agent capacity. A passion for rolling out new technology in a global organization, the impact of change on individuals, and understanding change management principles is critical to being successful in this role. Duties: • The primary focus will be creating and implementing change management plans that minimize employee resistance and maximize employee engagement • Develop, deploy and apply a set of consistent processes, tools and templates for the people side of change caused by projects and organizational change efforts • Work with project teams to integrate change management activities into the overall project plan • Monitor project schedules for communications and training deliverables • Establish parameters to measure the effectiveness of change management activities • Identify both expected and potential points of resistance to change and develop mitigation strategies • Administer surveys to collect employee feedback and derive themes and corrective actions • Conduct impact analysis studies for the rollout of technology • Create sponsor roadmaps and ensure execution of sponsorship activities • Develop and maintain change agent networks • Perform change management training requirements analysis • Support the development of training plans, curriculum, schedules, enrollment and delivery of effective end-user training • Proactively work with change leaders to identify and assess stakeholders in context of change being introduced. • Work with change leaders to develop/ redefine/ confirm roles, procedures, responsibilities, accountabilities, support systems and incentives that address and reflect the changes identified. • Interact with a diverse group of stakeholders and subject matter experts to critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconciling conflicts and decomposing information into change activities • Partner with specialists in HR, training and communication to support the execution of change activities Skills/Qualifications: Essential • Excellent people skills to interact with staff, colleagues, cross-functional teams, and third parties. • Strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills with great attention to detail • Exceptional communication skills - both written and verbal. • Excellent active listening skills • Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships • Flexibility in dynamic environments with ability to adapt to shifting priorities • Resilient and tenacious with a propensity to persevere • Must be a team player and able to work collaboratively with and through others Desirable • Change Management Professional designation (strongly preferred) • Project Management Professional designation (not required) Education and Experience: • BA/BS in Business, Technology, General Management • 4-6 years of experience with change management projects, leveraging knowledge and skills in change management principles, methodologies and tools • 2-4 years of project/program management experience, preferably in an IT environment Working Conditions: • Physical Demands- Continuously sitting for prolonged periods, as the job is administrative in nature. • Visual/Sensory - This position requires attention to detail, requiring attention with one or two senses at a time. • Work environment - Work and environment fasted paced, requiring ability to remain focused under pressure. • Mental Stress - There is pronounced pressure from deadlines, project management, accuracy or similar demands. • May be required to travel up to 15% - 20% of the time based on business needs • Must comply and acknowledge the 'Refresco Home-based Job Requirements' policy reviewed during new hire's onboarding.
