What you need in this role to be successful: Bachelor’s degree required. Equivalent experience will be considered for candidates with 4 or more years in a related operational or leadership position. Supervisory experience with a team of 4 or more. This may be internal to REE or with a prior employer. Experience within medical operations, healthcare administration, claims review, clinical documentation, or disability related services. Experience within the VA disability industry is a plus. Remote leadership experience is preferred, including coaching and developing staff in a virtual environment. Owning any team timecards and PTO approvals and serving as a backup for the overall team when supervisors are unavailable. Managing team goals and tracking towards team success, along with owning each team member development and overall group development for the sales team. Acting as the lead in interviews and onboarding processes for all new team members. Overseeing the overall performance management process across the team, this can include coaching conversations, reviews as needed, addressing any performance concerns, etc. Ensuring the total team follows all processes and procedures related to Compliance Programs and safeguarding personally identifiable information / personal health information across the team. Owning team meetings and regular staff check-ins to disseminate essential information and updates. This also includes owning communication of affiliate program updates to cross-functional department leaders and ensure transparency around team progress and performance. Managing and reporting on team compliance within REE Medical’s policies and procedures. Assist in the development of tactical plans to grow the Affiliate program, identifying opportunities based on market needs, performance trends, and business priorities. This means you are working closely with Sales leadership to define what high performance and accountability looks like within the affiliate team and actively analyzing KPIs and program data to inform decision-making and identify areas for program optimization. Collaborating with various key stakeholders across REE Medical to drive achievement of revenue targets. This means partnering with Marketing, Operations, Product, Compliance, and IT to ensure successful execution of affiliate-related initiatives. This means supporting seamless integration of affiliate campaigns and customer experience across all relevant touchpoints. This also means you support affiliate data collection and reporting processes to ensure timely communication with internal stakeholders and external affiliate partners accordingly. What you need in this role to be successful: At least 3 years in affiliate marketing or sales, with a track record of successfully managing affiliate campaigns. At least 1 year of managing others, ideally in a remote first environment. Strong financial acumen and math skills; able to interpret data, understand revenue impact, and make informed business decisions. Must be able to speak to using data in decisions and how it has been communicated upwards towards leadership. Strong leadership skills and goal-driven approach, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams towards achieving common goals even while navigating changing priorities and leading teams through time of change. Experience doing so in a remote environment is a plus! Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a focus on building and maintaining relationships with internal cross-department leaders and external stakeholders. Experience within the VA Disability Industry is a plus. Excellent analytical, project management, and problem-solving abilities, capable of handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with an eye for continuous improvement and operational efficiency. Ability to think strategically while still maintaining a detail-oriented, self-motivated, and well-organized mindset. Exceptional attention to detail. Proactive thinking, consistently foreseeing and preparing for forthcoming challenges or opportunities. Experience in start-up or early-stage environments with little or no defined infrastructure or processes. Track record of working in a fast-paced, fluid environment. Ability and empathy to relate to all levels of the organization. Analytical and problem-solving orientation. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or other relevant fields required. An additional 2+ plus years of experience can be considered in lieu of degree requirement.
