This role sits at the intersection of strategy, execution, and continuous improvement. You will own cross-functional programs that improve scalability, efficiency, and customer outcomes—going beyond traditional project management to diagnose operational problems, redesign processes, and embed data-driven, repeatable solutions. The ideal candidate brings a strong foundation in Lean Six Sigma, process optimization, and change management, paired with the ability to lead complex initiatives in a fast-paced software environment.
