| Electrical Engineering Intern _Location: Atlanta, GA (In-Person)_ _Duration: 4 Months_ Team: Engineering | Mission: ENOS About the Role Reditus Space is seeking a highly motivated Electrical Engineering Intern to support the ENOS mission, our flagship effort to develop and operate reusable reentry vehicles for microgravity research and in-space manufacturing. As part of our engineering team, you will contribute to the design, integration, and testing of electrical systems critical to spacecraft operations. Responsibilities Support design, analysis, and prototyping of spacecraft systems Assist in development and testing of power subsystems, including solar arrays, batteries, and onboard power conversion/distribution Collaborate with software and GNC engineers to integrate flight hardware and ensure system-level compatibility Conduct schematic reviews and board bring-up under senior engineer guidance Participate in hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) and environmental testing campaigns Document design iterations, test results, and troubleshooting procedures Qualifications Undergraduate or graduate student in Electrical Engineering or related degree (e.g. Computer Engineering) Strong foundations in circuit design, embedded systems, and rapid prototyping Experience with ECAD tools (e.g. Altium, KiCAD) and lab instrumentation (e.g. oscilloscopes, logic analyzers) Familiarity with spacecraft power systems, SMPS design, electrical harness design, or radiation-tolerant electronics is a plus Effective communicator and team collaborator in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment **Why Reditus Space?** You’ll gain hands-on experience with real mission hardware, work directly with industry veterans and technical leaders, and play a key role in enabling reusable access to microgravity environments. | About the Role Reditus Space is seeking a driven and entrepreneurial Business Development Intern to support the company’s efforts in commercial customer engagement and government contracting for the ENOS mission—a reusable reentry vehicle enabling microgravity manufacturing and research in addition to defense technology use cases. You will work closely with the leadership team to shape customer strategy, prepare materials for key stakeholders, and support proposal efforts for programs with NASA and U.S. defense government agencies. Responsibilities • Support preparation of government contract proposals (e.g., SBIR/STTR, OTA, BAAs) • Support contract execution and mission management activities • Track federal procurement opportunities and build internal summaries of solicitations • Assist in developing presentations, pitch decks, and outreach materials • Analyze industry trends and competitor activity to inform strategic positioning • Coordinate meetings with prospective partners and maintain CRM data • Contribute to internal tracking of proposal deadlines, submission requirements, and compliance documentation Qualifications • Junior / Senior undergraduate or graduate student in Business, Policy, Engineering, Physics, or a related field • Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially in technical and professional contexts • Interest in both commercial and government aerospace markets • Experience with government proposal writing and federal contracting • Highly organized and comfortable working independently in a dynamic startup environment • Demonstrated initiative and willingness to dive into unfamiliar topics Internship Details • Duration: 4 months, Summer 2026 • Location: Atlanta or Los Angeles Why Reditus Space You’ll gain hands-on experience at the intersection of space technology and business strategy, contributing directly to customer acquisition and mission funding.
