Requirements: • Experience building reviewer/operations tools, workflows, and evidence trails for audits. • Proven cross‑functional collaboration with Policy/Legal/Privacy and product stakeholders in ambiguous problem spaces. • 5+ years backend software engineering experience building production services at scale. • Proficiency in Go or Python • Experience with service frameworks (gRPC/Thrift) and API design. • Experience building distributed systems, data modeling, and event‑driven architectures (e.g., Kafka/PubSub), with a focus on reliability and performance. • Experience with SQL/NoSQL datastores (e.g., Postgres, BigQuery, Cassandra) and caches (e.g., Redis).
