You bring calm, clarity, and momentum to fast-moving environments and take pride in building programs that help teams do their best work. Design, refine, and implement program management systems, workflows, and processes that improve visibility, speed, and scalability across KarmaLab globally. Identify operational risks and bottlenecks early, bringing clear, practical solutions to keep work moving. Partner closely with Creative Strategists, Sales, and Clients to align creative ambition with delivery reality. Support multiple concurrent workstreams, balancing fast-turn needs with longer-term strategic programs. Who you are: You’re a senior creative program or project manager with strong operational instincts and a bias toward action. You communicate clearly, think proactively, and are trusted to run complex work independently. You’re highly organized but flexible, able to adapt as creative work evolves. You enjoy collaborating with creative teams and know how to protect their time and ideas. You’re comfortable operating in fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous environments and bringing order without bureaucracy. You are a solutions person.
