Product Manager | Allconnect

Red VenturesFort Mill, South CarolinaFull-time
View Job
Compensation$55K - 90K a year

Define and deliver product improvements to drive growth and retention for affiliate dealer channels. | 2-5 years product management or consulting experience with strong problem-solving and collaboration skills. | This role is not open to visa sponsorship or transfer of visa sponsorship including those on H1-B, F-1, OPT, STEM-OPT, or TN visa, nor is it available to work corp-to-corp. This role requires a hybrid schedule and will be based in our Fort Mill, SC Headquarters (Tuesday through Thursday) and work fully remotely on Mondays and Fridays each week. For the Allconnect website click here. Curious how AllConnect fits into Red Ventures? Click here. Allconnect is growing our Affiliate Dealers channel—partners who sell broadband and related services through their own call centers and agent teams. Today, many of these partners operate on our current platform and over time, we’ll migrate the channel onto our next-generation platform. We’re hiring a Product Manager to focus specifically on the needs of this channel. You’ll work closely with internal Affiliate Dealers stakeholders (leadership, account management, ops) and partner teams (executives, call center managers, agents) to define, prioritize, and deliver product improvements that drive contract value, expansion into new partner categories, retention, performance, and ease of integration. What You’ll Do: Build products that drive partner growth and contract value Partner with Affiliate Dealers leadership and partner executives to understand what matters at the C-suite level (contract drivers, differentiation, scale, economics). Translate partner needs into clear problem statements, success metrics, and prioritized roadmaps. Deliver features that increase partner conversion, profitability, and long-term value. Expand into new categories of Affiliate Dealers Identify product requirements for new types of partners beyond today’s base (e.g., beyond digital marketing companies). Define the capabilities needed for onboarding, workflows, compliance, reporting, and scale for new categories. Ship the product primitives that make entering new segments repeatable. Drive retention through must-have capabilities Build partner “stickiness” through differentiated features—tools partners can’t easily find elsewhere and don’t want to lose. Improve reliability, transparency, reporting, and operational control to strengthen trust and satisfaction. Continuously measure retention signals and prioritize work that reduces churn risk. Improve performance for call center managers and agents Create tools for call center managers to coach, monitor, and improve performance (quality, outcomes, throughput). Build agent-facing experiences that increase productivity and conversion—user delighters, workflow accelerators, and fewer friction points. Partner with operations and training teams to ensure changes actually improve day-to-day performance. Make Red Ventures easier to work with Build integration-friendly capabilities: embeddable experiences (e.g., iframe), APIs, or lightweight partner integrations. Improve partner onboarding and implementation experiences—reduce time-to-value and support load. Collaborate with partner teams to validate workflows in their environment, not just ours. Execute well and communicate clearly Lead discovery (calls, shadowing, feedback loops), define requirements, write user stories, and support delivery through launch. Run stakeholder updates, demos, and enablement materials for internal teams and partners. Use data + qualitative input to evaluate impact and iterate. What We’re Looking For: 2–5 years of experience in product management, product operations, implementation, solutions, consulting, or a similar role delivering software outcomes Comfort working directly with customers/partners: discovery conversations, demos, feedback synthesis, and follow-through Strong ability to break down ambiguous problems, prioritize tradeoffs, and ship iteratively. Experience collaborating with engineering, design, analytics, ops, and go-to-market teams. Clear written and verbal communication—able to align internal stakeholders and partner audiences. Bonus: experience in call center workflows, partner platforms, integrations (APIs/iframe/SSO), telecom/broadband, or marketplaces. Compensation: This range reflects total cash compensation, which may include base salary only or base salary plus target bonus, depending on the role. Where eligible, equity may also be offered separately and not included below. Actual compensation varies based on location, experience, and qualifications. Total Cash Compensation Range: $80,000 – $120,000 per year Additionally, the following benefits are provided by Red Ventures, subject to eligibility requirements. Health Insurance Coverage (medical, dental, and vision) Life Insurance Short and Long-Term Disability Insurance Flexible Spending Accounts Holiday Pay 401(k) with match Employee Assistance Program Paid Parental Bonding Benefit Program Flexible Paid Time Off (PTO): We believe time to rest and recharge is essential. That’s why we offer a generous and flexible PTO policy. Full-time employees accrue 20 days of PTO for a full calendar year annually, with an increase to 25 days after five years of service. Engineering Manager | Bankrate

Red VenturesAnywhereFull-time
View Job
Compensation$90K - 140K a year

Lead a small engineering team balancing management and technical contributions in a regulated financial domain. | Requires engineering management or technical lead experience with strong TypeScript and AWS skills and leadership ability. | *This role is open to remote or hybrid candidates (East Coast preference), with hybrid being central to our New York, NY or Charlotte area offices. Must be able to work Eastern Standard Time hours. For the Bankrate website click here. Curious how Bankrate fits into Red Ventures? Click here. In this role, you will lead a small engineering team as a hands-on player-coach — owning the team’s delivery and health, developing the engineers on it, and still contributing directly to the codebase where it adds the most leverage. Engineering Managers turn roadmaps into shipped software through the people they lead, balancing people leadership, delivery management, and personal technical contribution in a deliberately lean, AI-forward environment. Impact on the business: Engineering Managers are the connective tissue between strategy and execution. They build healthy, high-performing teams that ship reliable, money-touching software; they grow engineers from junior through senior; and they multiply their team’s output by staying close enough to the work to unblock it, hold the quality bar, and model strong engineering practice. What You’ll Do: Lead a team of 2–4 engineers (junior through senior), owning their day-to-day management, growth, and performance. Own sprint-to-sprint delivery — planning, prioritization, sequencing, and honest communication of scope, timeline, and risk. Manage individual performance and development through regular 1:1s, actionable feedback, career growth conversations, and the harder conversations when they’re needed. Contribute hands-on to the codebase where it adds the most leverage — typically the ambiguous, load-bearing, or unblocking work — while deliberately leaving well-scoped growth opportunities to the team. Partner with Product, Design, and peer engineering teams to align on priorities, resolve dependencies, and translate business goals into deliverable work. Own team health and operational quality, including on-call, incident response, and a real quality and compliance bar in a regulated, money-touching domain. Cultivate a collaborative, continuous learning, and inclusive team culture. Champion high-leverage, AI-forward ways of working that raise the team’s throughput without compromising quality. Remove blockers, shield the team from unnecessary noise, and create the conditions for engineers to do their best work What We’re Looking For: Experience leading and managing a small engineering team, or a technical lead / player-coach ready to formalize into people management. Still technically hands-on and credible — able to review, contribute to, and make sound decisions within a modern TypeScript codebase. Strong people-leadership skills: coaching, feedback, performance management, and developing engineers across levels. Solid delivery management: decomposing work, sequencing, managing dependencies and risk, and communicating status honestly. Clear communicator with both technical and non-technical stakeholders; comfortable managing up, across, and outward. Comfortable with ambiguity and a lean operating model; biases toward leverage and automation over headcount. Remains hands-on within our primarily TypeScript-based stack spanning API services and full-stack web applications. Working knowledge of cloud infrastructure (AWS), infrastructure-as-code, and CI/CD automation. Familiar with observability/APM and incident-response tooling; upholds operational and quality standards for a regulated, money-touching product. Leverages AI tooling to increase team throughput and reduce toil. Compensation: This range reflects total cash compensation, which may include base salary only or base salary plus target bonus, depending on the role. Where eligible, equity may also be offered separately and not included below. Actual compensation varies based on location, experience, and qualifications. Total Cash Compensation Range: $160,000 – $210,000 per year Additionally, the following benefits are provided by Red Ventures, subject to eligibility requirements. Senior, AI Software Engineer | Full Stack

Red VenturesAnywhereFull-time
View Job
Compensation$120K - 150K a year

Design and implement complex full-stack features with AI integration, contribute to architecture and engineering standards, and collaborate across teams. | 4-6 years professional software engineering experience with strong TypeScript, Next.js, Node.js, AWS skills, and daily use of AI-assisted development tools. | This role is not open to visa sponsorship or transfer of visa sponsorship including those on H1-B, F-1, OPT, STEM-OPT, or TN visa, nor is it available to work corp-to-corp. Curious how Home fits into Red Ventures? Click here. At Allconnect, we are evolving how software gets built when AI is no longer a feature but the foundation. We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer who is excited to build in that environment: someone who brings strong full-stack depth, sharp engineering instincts, and a genuine belief that AI changes what great software looks like. In this role, you will own complex features end-to-end, shape how the team thinks about architecture, and help establish what it means to build with AI at the center of the product, the developer experience, and the engineering culture we are creating together. This is a role for someone who wants to be part of building something genuinely new - not just shipping into an existing system, but defining how the next generation of it works. We are a team that takes craft seriously, invests in the tools and practices that make engineers better, and believes the best engineering cultures are built by the people in them. If you want to grow into broader technical ownership alongside engineers who care about the same things, you will find good company here. We are a team that takes craft seriously, invests in the tools and practices that make engineers better, and believes the best engineering cultures are built by the people in them. If you want to grow into broader technical ownership alongside engineers who care about the same things, you will find good company here. What You'll Do: Own Features End-to-End • Design and implement complex, production-grade features across our next-generation sales platform - writing code that is readable, testable, and built to last, and contributing meaningfully to architectural discussions with your peers. • Use AI across the entire product development lifecycle — from shaping requirements and designing systems to writing, reviewing, and operating code in production. Tools like Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, and Cursor are the baseline; what we are looking for is an engineer who knows where AI adds real leverage at each stage of the process, and uses it with intention rather than habit. This is not a nice-to-have — it is how we build. • Collaborate with engineering, design, product, and data teammates to understand goals, surface technical constraints early, and contribute to solutions that balance customer value with sound engineering judgment. • Communicate proactively across functions — flag risks and tradeoffs before you are asked, and do it with enough clarity that product and data teammates can make informed decisions without needing to dig into the code themselves. Contribute to Architecture and Engineering Standards • Work fluently across our TypeScript, Next.js, Node.js, and AWS stack — understanding not just how to use it, but why it is built the way it is, and flagging when something does not feel right. • Contribute to architectural decisions on our AI-enabled sales platform — bringing well-reasoned opinions, asking the right questions, and helping the team think through tradeoffs on scope that affects your work and the work of engineers around you. • Operate within and actively improve the team's engineering standards — writing code that others can build on, participating in design reviews with genuine input, and helping identify patterns worth repeating or practices worth fixing. • Balance shipping with quality — you know when to move fast and when to slow down, and you make that call with good judgment rather than defaulting to either extreme. • Be a good teammate — share what you know, give honest and constructive feedback in code reviews, and make the engineers around you a little better just by working alongside them. What We're Looking For: • 4–6 years of professional software engineering experience, with a track record of delivering complex features in production environments and growing into greater ownership over time. • Strong hands-on experience with TypeScript, Next.js, Node.js, and AWS as your core stack. Working knowledge of GraphQL, SST, Terraform, and GitHub Actions is a plus — comfort with the fundamentals matters more than breadth of specific tooling. • Active, daily use of AI-assisted development tools — Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or equivalent — as a core part of how you already work. This is a hard requirement: we expect you to be fluent, not curious. • Solid engineering fundamentals across software architecture, testing, and observability — you write observable code that others can read and maintain, and you actively improve the quality of what you touch rather than just meeting the spec. • Experience working as a strong individual contributor on a team — participating in code and design reviews with genuine engagement, supporting teammates, and taking ownership of your work end-to-end without needing significant hand-holding. • A collaborative, curious engineer who takes quality seriously, communicates well, and wants to grow — you care about the craft and the team in equal measure. Compensation: • Cash Compensation Range: $120,000 - 150,000 per year • Note actual salary is based on geographic location, qualifications, and experience Additionally, the following benefits are provided by Red Ventures, subject to eligibility requirements. • Health Insurance Coverage (medical, dental, and vision) • Life Insurance • Short and Long-Term Disability Insurance • Flexible Spending Accounts • Holiday Pay • 401(k) with match • Employee Assistance Program • Paid Parental Bonding Benefit Program • Flexible Paid Time Off (PTO): We believe time to rest and recharge is essential. That's why we offer a generous and flexible PTO policy. Full-time employees accrue 20 days of PTO for a full calendar year annually, with an increase to 25 days after five years of service.
