Develop and deliver AI-assisted full-stack software solutions from client discovery through production and maintenance. | 3-5 years full-stack engineering experience with production software, strong Node.js and TypeScript skills, customer collaboration, debugging, and AI development experience. | Job Description: • Run discovery calls with brokerage leaders and identify the underlying business problem • Write clear specifications from client discovery • Rapidly prototype solutions using AI-assisted development • Take prototypes to production using Rechat's APIs • Build AI agents with triggers, data sources, tools, actions, and error handling • Debug and support shipped software after launch • Identify recurring client needs and productize solutions for broader customer use • Drive adoption and ensure delivered applications are used • Own projects end to end from client call and specification through prototype, launch, and maintenance • Collaborate directly with brokerage executives, managers, customers, and non-technical stakeholders Requirements: • 3 to 5 years as a full-stack software engineer, with things in production that real people used • Strong in Node.js and TypeScript • Comfortable across the stack: APIs, data, frontend, and getting something deployed • Build with AI every day and demonstrate significantly increased development speed • Experience working directly with customers or non-technical people to turn a vague need into something shipped • Experience debugging and supporting software after launch • Excellent spoken and written English • Comfortable leading a call with a CEO • Background and reference checks required • Strongly preferred: experience building an AI agent where an LLM calls tools or APIs and takes action independently • Strongly preferred: real estate or proptech experience • Individual contributor role; not intended for candidates seeking near-term team management Benefits: • Competitive compensation and benefits • Fully remote with flexible work/life balance • A diverse, inclusive, and highly collaborative culture • Meaningful work with a product used by real professionals every day • Flexible Paid Time Off
