About the Role: We’re looking for a Sr. Director of Growth Marketing to support pipeline and sales goals for our product lines. Leading this shared service team, this person will oversee digital, marketing operations and field marketing functions. This role is focused on increasing leads generated, pipeline created and pipeline acceleration. The ideal candidate has a strong appetite for growth and experience leading a high-performing team. What You'll Do: • Collaborate with product lines to design, plan, and support campaigns across multiple channels to generate pipeline, including paid media, social, and field marketing. • Oversee marketing operations efforts, including marketing automation platform (Marketo) and contact database (ZoomInfo), and align operational efforts to team enablement, including but not limited to overseeing batch emails, nurture paths, web forms, landing pages, lead handoff, system integrations and reporting. • Lead all field marketing efforts, including event strategy, budget allocation, cross-collaboration with GTM teams and alignment on results. • Lead and oversee advertising strategy including SEM, retargeting and social, in collaboration with ad agencies. • Ensure campaigns are tracked, report on results, and continuously make data-driven decisions that improve results. • Collaborate cross-functionally with product line teams to ensure clear communication of initiatives and alignment on results. • Manage a team of high-performing marketers, ensuring initiatives and results are aligned to department goals and company growth objectives. What We Offer: • The salary range for this position is $150,000-$190,000. Additionally, cash compensation for this role includes 20% annual discretionary bonus potential. About the Role: Recast Software is looking for a Technical Content Manager to lead go-to-market efforts for our Application Workspace product line. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, this role sits at the center of product, marketing, and sales—turning technical product knowledge into compelling messaging, positioning, sales enablement and technical content that drives demand, adoption, and revenue. You’ll partner closely with Product, Sales, Growth Marketing, and Web & Brand teams to define the product’s market fit, craft the story, and ensure we communicate its value clearly to our core IT audience and our global partners. This is a hands-on, strategic role ideal for someone who thrives on turning technical capabilities into market-winning narratives. What You’ll Do: • Create high-impact technical content: how-to videos, product demo recordings, blog posts, tutorials, solution briefs, customer case studies and more. • Translate technical product capabilities into clear, engaging narratives for IT professionals. • Collaborate with Product, Growth Marketing and Sales to support product launches, campaigns, and enablement assets for end users and global partners. • Collaborate with Product to deeply understand product capabilities, use cases, and the competitive landscape. • Own the end-to-end content production process—from scripting and recording to editing, publishing, and measuring. • Build a technical content strategy and serve as a subject matter expert in EUC and application deployment. • Monitor market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activity to inform product positioning and strategy. • Monitor content performance and adjust strategy based on engagement and feedback. What You've Done: • 4+ years of experience in a technical role with End User Computing (EUC) or application deployment (e.g. VMware, Citrix, or VDI). • Experience creating technical content or messaging for technical products. • Excellent writing and storytelling skills with the ability to simplify complex topics. • Highly collaborative and comfortable working cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Strategic Partners.
