To help us achieve this mission, we are looking for a Strategic Program Manager to drive execution excellence on realtor.com’s highest value initiatives. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to facilitate the delivery programs of work. You will work with stakeholders to assemble project teams, assign responsibilities, identify appropriate resources needed, and develop schedules to ensure clear dependency management and unstoppable execution. You will also assess and manage risks to the program by anticipating bottlenecks and facilitating tradeoffs when necessary. This role will require candidates who embrace autonomy, have a strong perspective on how groups of teams can work effectively together, and have a comprehensive understanding of the end-to-end cycles of planning and product delivery. You should have a strong perspective on driving effective collaboration between teams and be adept at managing diverse groups of stakeholders. You should be comfortable with tracking and leveraging metrics to support team health and performance, and advocating for continuous process improvement. About the Role As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for driving cross-functional programs across organizations. This cross-functional role under a centralized program management office which works on various technology, product, marketing, sales, and customer success programs. You will build and manage detailed program plans, align internal stakeholders, develop enablement strategies, and monitor post-launch performance to ensure lasting impact. What You'll do: Lead the orchestration and management of highly complex cross-functional programs and projects, ensuring they align with the highest strategic objectives of the organization. Input and refine continuous planning efforts, including quarterly and yearly planning, ensuring the flawless execution of cross-functional plans. Develop and enhance operating mechanisms to ensure the program meets its goals and objectives with the highest level of efficiency and effectiveness. Expertly manage dependencies, track risks, and resolve issues, ensuring superior program outcomes. Provide detailed tracking and reporting on program delivery status and team progress towards quarterly OKRs and the roadmap. Set the standard for excellence in documentation, cross-team communication, and effective meetings. Utilize advanced feedback and metrics to drive continuous improvement and innovation across the program. Lead the identification and implementation of best practices, driving organization-wide operations initiatives to achieve sustained excellence. What You'll Bring: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and 5+ years of related experience in a program management role Thorough understanding of modern product and software development lifecycle and GTM strategies A deep knowledge base of Agile practices and principles. Experience in driving multiple technology projects and initiatives from inception to completion. Prior experience establishing and scaling cross-functional technology programs, processes, and delivery. Ability to embrace identifying problems as opportunities and encountering ambiguity as a time to showcase innovative ideas. Experience with Atlassian Suite, including Jira and Confluence (Jira Align is a plus), Google Suite, and Slack. PMP, ASM, SPC, CSM, and CSPO accreditations are desirable, but not a hard requirement. Experience working with distributed / multi-office teams. Clear and comfortable communication skills. Preferred Experience in B2B or B2C software, marketplaces, or platform businesses. This role will be in a unique position to leverage the tremendous amount of data available to Realtor.com®. The mission of the Product Analytics team is to be very strategic and pivotal to ensure that the company stays on course with meeting key OKRs (Objective and Key Results). This is not a traditional reporting role - a successful candidate will be able to take large amounts of data and be able to surface the “why” around data movements - not just the “what”. What You'll Do: Business Performance Reporting, Visualization: Be the primary partner for our cross-functional stakeholders to understand product performance. When a metric is ahead or behind expectations, dig in to drive meaningful, actionable insights that help the business performance improve or double-down on success. Deep-Dive Analysis: Use advanced techniques (A/B experimentation, statistical modeling, matched pair, and/or machine learning) to analyze consumer product performance at a lead and feature level. Create a rich understanding of how people are interacting with product features and use these insights to then make recommendations. Opportunity Identification and Sizing: Both to set goals and help evaluate potential product enrichment opportunities, you will be tasked with forecasting and opportunity sizing. This will help our Product stakeholders understand the short-run and long-run dynamics of proposed changes to our product strategy, and create targets for driving business performance as well as optimize lead generation and funnel improvement opportunities. Partnership and Communication: Partner closely with our Product stakeholders to identify and unlock opportunities, and with other data teams to improve platform capabilities around data architecture, data visualization, data modeling, and testing platforms. Build trust in all interactions and with Enterprise Consumer Data Mart and be an advocate for adoption Be responsible for monitoring the success of visitors' engagement and conversion by tracking metrics and building new estimated KPIs if necessary (e.g., product usage metrics) Build relationships with other products and analytics teams to share best practices and enrich analytic practices Conduct quantitative analysis, ad hoc reports, & statistical models to understand the health and latest trends among product engagement and funnel conversion consumer metrics Create impactful data insights and analysis from Analytic Plan creation thru End-of-Analysis summaries What You'll Bring: Bachelor's Degree in Business Analytics, Math, Economics, or equivalent work experience required 5+ years of work experience analyzing data to answer business questions Experience using data to analyze product feature performance is preferred Experience in a consumer subscription business also relevant Advanced knowledge in SQL and knowledge in Python or R a plus Experience with digital analytics platforms like Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics is preferred Experience with data exploration and data visualization tools such as Tableau, Shiny, Streamlit, etc. Experience with cloud-based data environments such as AWS and Snowflake Advanced technical and modeling skills including Excel or Google Sheet skills (e.g. pivot, vlookup, etc.) and data analytics Understanding of experimentation and statistics concepts (e.g. confidence intervals, hypothesis testing, regression analysis, etc.) Ability to think strategically, analyze and interpret product performance drivers as well as how analyze a conversion funnel with key fallout points identified Intense curiosity, high intellectual and analytical horsepower, passionate pursuit of analytics driven insights Strong communication skills as well as written and verbal presentation skills and experience presenting to diverse audiences Ability to thrive in a largely remote organization Comfort working in a highly agile, intensely iterative environment Self-motivated and self-managing, with strong time management and organizational skills How We Work: We balance creativity and innovation on a foundation of in-person collaboration.
