Project Manager – Change Management Operations

Compensation$90K - 130K a year

Manage and support change management projects including event execution, tracking deliverables, risk escalation, and stakeholder collaboration with frequent reporting and travel. | 10+ years IT project experience, PMP and Prosci certifications, healthcare or VA experience preferred, ability to travel up to 50%, and ability to obtain Public Trust clearance. | Description: • Support the End-User Engagement and Adoption (EUEA) Change Management (CM) team by overseeing and executing events, activities, and program management tasks • Track site activities, review deliverables, and escalate risks or issues • Collect and track action items to ensure timely completion of project tasks • Develop and contribute to CM materials, such as presentations, artifacts, briefs, meeting minutes, agendas, and talking points • Analyze CM content to extract critical information for escalation and follow-up • Initiate and manage project planning efforts to ensure alignment with objectives and timelines • Collaborate with stakeholders to build consensus and proactively manage CM projects to maintain progress • Provide Monthly Status Report (MSR) to RavenTek Program Manager by deadline provided • Enter actual time worked and submit timesheets; monitor and respond to RavenTek email multiple times per week • Complete required compliance training and perform other duties as assigned • Travel as required (up to 50%) Requirements: • Support the End-User Engagement and Adoption (EUEA) Change Management (CM) team • Ability to travel up to 50% • Well-versed in life cycle and project management methodologies • Highly skilled in tracking costs, schedules, and performance progress • Knowledgeable in identifying and mitigating risks • Expertise in developing executive-level briefings and presentations using MS PowerPoint, Word, and Excel • Ability to work both independently and under supervision • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Systems, Business, or related scientific/technical discipline or an additional 8 years of relevant experience may be substituted for degree requirements • 10+ years of related professional work experience • Experience managing Information Technology related projects • Experience working in a healthcare system and/or VA is preferred • Experience implementing Electronic Health Records is preferred • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification • Prosci Change Management certification • Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance • Enter actual time worked daily or no later than 10:00 a.m. the following workday and submit timesheets at the end of each pay period • Monitor and respond to RavenTek email a minimum of 3 times per week • Complete required compliance training as assigned • Regular and predictable attendance • Physical ability to sit for extended periods, use hands, reach, talk and hear, see to read printed materials and computer screens, lift/move up to 20 pounds Benefits:
