Your new role As our new PM Coordinator, we invite you to bring your energy and keen eye for detail as you provide operational support to Project Managers, focusing on the coordination between the project teams and Business Enablement functions. This position will support the logistical aspects of project financial management, procurement, accounts payable, and verify project compliance with governance requirements on smaller projects. Qualifications Your key responsibilities will be • Create and maintain opportunities in CRM. This includes submitting the contract for legal review, checking for open tasks in the PI Tool and maintaining tender documents in the CRM SharePoint (such as RFP/RFQ, addendums and RFIs related to the opportunity). • Assist in setting up the project: Complete the CRM Project record and collect project creation documents for Business Finance. Enter information for and create Express Projects. • Support project financial management by monitoring project KPIs, review with PM and correct based on PMs feedback. Activities include monitoring spending against budget and the need to draft and timely approval of invoices to the client. Assist in the preparation of financial reports. • Follow-up on compliance with internal project management standards and policies requirements. • Provide feedback to RAM OpEx on how Group initiatives impact project execution. Participate in testing functionality and provide feedback. • Support RAM OpEx team with roll out and adoption of Group, business areas/market and Americas initiatives. • Respond to requests and queries from senior managers related to project activities. • Coordinate communication and document exchange between project teams and vendors/ subcontractors. • Maintain project documentation, ensuring all necessary materials are current, properly filed, and stored. • Arrange and document all aspects of project meetings, including taking minutes, preparing agendas, and following up on action items. At the time of this posting, this Level 3 role in the Milwaukee area is likely to be compensated at an annual base salary between $57,00 and $72,000. Actual pay may be more or less than the posted range, depending on numerous factors, including experience, geographical location, internal equity, market conditions, education/training and skill level, and does not include bonuses, overtime, or other forms of compensation or benefits.
