The Role: Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, as a Senior Commercial Analyst, you will work closely with commercial leadership, sales and revenue teams - shaping pricing, deal structures, commercial packages and strategic initiatives. This is a role for someone who wants real impact, not just reporting responsibility. We’re looking for a Senior Commercial Analyst who enjoys turning data into commercial decisions! As a Senior Commercial Analyst (Revenue, Pricing & Strategy), you are expected to: Commercial analysis & insights Analyse commercial performance across markets, partners, deal types and products Identify trends, risks and growth opportunities related to revenue, margin and deal mix Turn data into clear insights and recommendations for commercial leadership Pricing & deal economics Support pricing frameworks (CPA, revshare, fixed fees, hybrid deals, packages) Evaluate deal profitability, margin impact and long-term value Support complex or high-value deal decisions with scenario analysis Packaging & propositions Build and refine commercial packages (market bundles, event-based offerings, premium placements) Support sales with repeatable, scalable offerings Review package performance post-sale and recommend optimizations Sales control & enablement Support sales leadership with visibility on pipeline, deal mix and performance Track sales performance against targets and strategic priorities Identify inefficiencies in sales execution and resource allocation Strategic initiatives Lead or support cross-functional commercial initiatives Structure ambiguous problems into clear analyses and recommendations Act as a sparring partner to commercial leadership Decks & storytelling Build clear, high-quality sales and strategy decks Translate complex data into compelling narratives Support partner proposals and leadership presentations Experience in commercial analysis, strategy, consulting or revenue-focused analytics Preferred experience in a similar role in either iGaming or banking Strong commercial and analytical mindset Comfortable working with pricing models, deal economics and margin analysis Strong Excel / Sheets skills (SQL or BI tools are a plus) Able to communicate insights clearly, both in writing and in decks Structured, curious and comfortable with ambiguity

The Role: Reporting to the Head of Partnerships, as Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for acquiring, managing, and growing relationships with affiliate publishers to support our user acquisition and revenue goals. You'll play a key role in optimising performance, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring our partnerships deliver strong results. This role is ideal for someone results-driven, with a strong network in the gaming affiliate space and the motivation to thrive in a fast-paced, international environment. As a Business Development Manager, you are expected to: Identify, acquire, and build relationships with new affiliate publishers Monitor and optimize the performance of existing partnerships Support and coordinate with advertiser teams to ensure alignment and success Provide strategic, consultative input to partners based on campaign goals and industry insights and stay to date with the latest affiliate and gaming industry trends Suggest and implement initiatives to drive traffic, conversions, and revenue growth Analyse data and performance metrics to improve results across multiple accounts Proactively build a pipeline through outreach and industry networking Ensure all KPIs, revenue, and traffic targets are met or exceeded Proven experience in a similar Publisher or Affiliate Manager role, ideally within the gaming industry Established network of gaming affiliates and publishers Experience working with highly regulated markets Results-driven mindset with a strong ambition to succeed and exceed targets Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign performance data and optimize accordingly Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts and priorities in a fast-paced environment Flexibility to work beyond standard office hours when needed, with a “go the extra mile” attitude Comfortable with international collaboration and remote communication
