Take business needs/wants and translates those needs into measurable requirements that can be coded, tested, and successfully implemented and adopted for products/applications, partners with stakeholders to create specifications and identify business requirements for systems and solutions to meet business needs, defines, analyzes and proposes business solutions based on the business needs, may review/validate test plans, ensuring that the end result meets the specified business requirements. Supports QA activities as needed, collaborates with technical delivery and solution engineering teams on the details of technical solutions to validate that the strategic business needs are met, validates and ensures that the proposed solution meets the stakeholders needs, may lead cross-functional integrated teams to address business and adoption issues (user experience, data flow, process flow), may participate in the development process or other steps of the product lifecycle, serves as a key resource by providing input into the development of new feature/release education, collaborates with regulatory SMEs to understand how regulation affects products and documents regulatory requirements, conducts completed business requirements review with stakeholders and documents the acceptance of those requirements. Skills: Qualifications • At least 4+ years experience in business analysis, requirements definition, building systems solutions and deployment of business requirements to information systems. • 1+ years of experience eliciting requirements within a Big Data environment. • Critical Skills Understanding of industry issues and ability to translate them into moderately complex solutions, in-depth knowledge of supported systems within own area of expertise, understanding of implications of business requirements on the application(s) and ability to identify potential impacts to other product/ application areas. • Additional Knowledge and Skills Experience with big data, heavy analytics and/or med assets preferred (Hadoop, Hortonworks, Casandra, Big Insights). Education: • 4-year degree in computer science or related field or equivalent experience.

Skills: • Experience with Java Full Stack, Spring Boot, Micro Services, Shell Scripting, Angular. • Experience with Javascript Testing Frameworks like Karma, Jasmine, JEST Unit Testing and JavaScript build tools (WebPack, Grunt ). • Experience with Git, and modern source code management • Experience with design and development of REST API platform using APIGEE or similar. • Experience with React, Python is a plus. • Experience configuring Continuous Integration / Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) processes and tools such as Concourse • Understanding of or experience with containerization services such as Pivotal Container Service, Kubernetes etc. • Experience developing customer-facing user interfaces • Experience with Agile methodology and DevOps Practices. • Experience in building microservices using Pivotal Cloud Foundry / Tanzu Application Service. • Experience in building solutions on Google Cloud Platform / AWS. • An understanding of other cloud-based technologies (SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS.).
