What You’ll Do Content Creation: Write and edit high-volume, high-quality content across formats including long-form articles, webinars, case studies, campaign copy, blogs, emails, and video scripts with a focus of delivering clarity, accuracy, and a consistent Rad AI voice. Product Content: Partner with Product Marketing to create solution briefs, one-pagers, FAQs, demo scripts, and web copy that translate technical capabilities into compelling customer value. Campaign Storytelling: Develop messaging and content that anchor campaigns in strong storytelling rather than disconnected assets. Ensure every campaign launch is supported by clear, cohesive narrative-ready materials. Customer Content: Own the end-to-end development of customer success stories, testimonials, interviews, and case studies. Drive sourcing, interviewing, writing, approvals, and delivery of content that builds trust and supports pipeline growth. Webinars & Thought Leadership Support: Produce webinar content in partnership with internal and external SMEs including script outlines, interview flows, decks and promotional materials. Also manage webinar facilitation. Contribute to thought leadership by distilling complex ideas into accessible, engaging narratives. Web Content Strategy: Support the content strategy for Rad AI’s website, ensuring copy is audience-focused, aligned to launches and campaigns, and optimized for clarity, differentiation, and conversion. Content Calendar & Governance: Manage a detailed editorial calendar across product launches, campaigns, customer storytelling, and internal initiatives. Maintain workflow governance, version control, and asset organization across shared platforms. Content Operations: Oversee processes that keep content moving at high velocity including routing drafts, gathering feedback, coordinating with design teams and ensuring assets are delivered on time and to spec. Measurement: Track content usage, engagement, and business impact. Use insights to refine content quality, improve processes, and inform future priorities. What We’re Looking For Someone who can produce a high volume of content across formats with exceptional quality A hands-on creator who enjoys writing, building, editing, and shipping work daily. Ability to understand the larger narrative, connecting dots across teams, and elevating the story. Strong judgment, editorial instincts, and the ability to simplify complexity. 6+ years in marketing communications, content, or product content roles (B2B SaaS or healthcare preferred). Proven ability to move fast and manage multiple priorities in a scaling environment. Strong writing and editing skills—clear, precise, confident. Experience creating webinars, long-form content, case studies, and campaign assets. Comfort translating product and clinical details into audience-friendly content.
