What you'll do: As the Manager, Regional FP&A, you will serve as the financial and strategic business partner for your region—owning the P&L and driving insight-based decisions that optimize performance and profitability. What you'll bring: Qualifications • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred. • Experience: 8+ years of progressive FP&A experience, ideally within multi-location, distribution, manufacturing, or retail environments. Technical Skills • Advanced Excel expertise (Pivot Tables, Macros, Queries). • Strong proficiency with ERP systems (Oracle preferred) and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI). Anaplan experience is also a bonus. • Deep analytical and financial modeling experience, with the ability to translate data into strategic insights.
