Manage and develop sales personnel and broker networks, establish sales strategies, oversee financials, and ensure customer relationship management to meet company profit goals. | Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, strong sales record, ability to manage and coach employees, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and strong analytical and communication skills, bilingual English/Spanish preferred. | It's fun to work in a company where people truly BELIEVE in what they're doing! We're committed to bringing passion and customer focus to the business. Essential duties and Responsibilities: • Recruit, motivate, monitor and train sales personnel. Help them to develop strategies to increase sales and teach them how to set and manage customer expectations. • Understand and manage broker network in certain accounts and markets. • Manages all aspects that affect business and department financials (i.e. pricing accruals, etc.). • Establishes a department strategy. • Manages and develop models to attain company profit goals. • Manage and develop programming across all national accounts (Ad cycles, BOGOs, discounting). • Develops and implements strategic sales plan to accommodate corporate goals. • Directs sales forecasting activities and sets performance goals accordingly. • Monitor sales activity. Help compile sales reports. Analyze prospect traffic and generate reports. • Ensures that Sales Associates maintain relationships with customers from sales process through production and closing. • Reviews market analyses to determine customer needs, price schedules, and discount rates. • Prepares periodic sales report showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion. • Monitors and evaluates the activities and products of the competition. • Establish procedures for doing sales presentations and qualifying prospects. • Directs staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control sales program. • Meets with clients, assisting Sales Associates with negotiating and closing deals. • Analyzes and controls expenditures of division to conform to budgetary requirements. Qualifications and Requirements: • Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year College or university; or three to five years related sales experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. • Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public. • Bilingual and fluent in English and Spanish preferred. • Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. • Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry. • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. • Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. • Have strong knowledge of Spreadsheet software, Microsoft Outlook, and, Power Point, and Word Processing software. • Ability to manage, coach, set goals monthly, and develop employees. Essential duties and Responsibilities: Clean equipment, work area, paint mixing area, and other areas around the warehouse Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment, in order to prevent damage to floors and fixtures Janitorial duties such as vacuuming, mopping, dusting, cleaning bathrooms, and general clean-up of outside areas around the office. Removal of trash from all office spaces and surrounding areas.
