Preferred Qualifications • MBA or other relevant graduate degree. • Experience in a high-growth DTC or eCommerce company. • In-house experience working directly with marketing, rather than via agency partnerships. • Strong understanding of inventory planning, sourcing, and supply chain operations. • Ability to build and implement scalable processes from scratch. We rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market range. Bonus eligibility varies by role and is determined based on the position’s impact and contribution to our strategic goals.
