THE ROLE Senior Data Analyst - Growth (Performance Marketing) We are seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join our growing team! You’ll play a critical role in measuring, analyzing, and optimizing our marketing campaigns. You’ll work closely with our performance marketing, data, and product teams to deliver data-driven insights and strategic recommendations. Your expertise in analyzing large datasets, interpreting trends, and translating them into actionable insights will help us make smarter, faster, and more effective marketing decisions. Candidates based in the SF Bay Area will be required to work in a hybrid capacity, 3 days per week (Monday, Wednesday and Thursday). All candidates outside of that region will be able to work in a fully remote capacity. No relocation is required. Responsibilities Analyze marketing data across channels (e.g., paid search, social, display, email, affiliate) to evaluate performance, identify trends, and optimize spending and ROI.
