Performing shipping and receiving tasks, maintaining records, troubleshooting issues, and organizing work areas. | High school diploma, attention to detail, computer skills, good communication, and teamwork. | Position Shipping, Receiving Clerk/Production Assistant Summary The production assistant’s role is to perform all tasks involved in production under the direction of upper management. It includes organizing and distributing production documentation as required for all departments. Essential Duties ・Receive and ship merchandise daily ・Examine in-coming and outgoing shipment schedule and notify any delay or error to upper management ・Troubleshoot shipping/receiving issues ・Keep records for all shipping/receiving paperwork accurately and in a readable manner either utilizing computer equipment or manually ・Close work orders on the computer, and perform cycle counts and physical inventory. ・Carry and handle parts/materials/packages. (2-20lbs. daily, possibly heavier than 20lbs. but it is not majority) ・Operate carts, pallet jack, and other moving equipment to move heavier materials ・Notify any failures or concerns to upper management ・Attend meetings to check work order detail, work schedule and shipping schedule ・Maintain an organized and clean work area ・Perform other duties as assigned by upper management Working Hours, Working style Part-Time • * Approximately 26-30 hours a week (Shifts to be discussed within 8:00am – 5:00pm, weekdays) Working Location Irvine, CA Salary/Benefit $20-23/hr Qualifications ・Minimum high school diploma ・Must have great attention to detail ・Ability to follow detailed instructions ・Must have positive attitude and be a team player ・Must possess good computer skills (Microsoft Office Excel, Word) and be able to learn new skills as needed ・Strong Communication skills

The primary responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, supporting financial activities personally or through subordinate supervisors for all divisions.
