(YouTube, Instagram, TikTok) SUMMARY: Shares the overall responsibility of the warehouse operations, including the receiving and processing of product, accurate & timely replenishment to the store floor, controlling expenses and shortages and assisting management with recruiting and training of warehouse associates. OVERALL RESPONSIBILITIES • Maximize sales volume by accurate replenishment according to store generated pull sheets. • Receiving/shipping-processing, 3rd parties, transfers. • Demonstrate effective written and verbal communication skills. • Assist in recruiting and training of Warehouse Associates. • Develop proficiency in all operational policies and procedures. • Receiving Able to lift a minimum of 40 pounds and stand for long periods of time • Manage time and prioritize tasks. PERSONNEL • Demonstrate professional image and conduct. • Follow specific warehouse dress code policy. • Works as a member of a team to accomplish goals set forth in the warehouse. • Must be flexible to work rotating hours, as assigned by management. • Communicate concerns to management • Support all company/management decisions. OPERATIONS • Follow all company policies and procedures. • Follow Inventory Shrinkage Improvement Program. • Maintain productivity in shipment processing, inventory counting, price change activities. • Take direction and complete assigned tasks and responsibility. Pay Range: PVH currently provides base salary ranges for all positions-on job advertisements-in the United States based on local requirements. These ranges are based on what PVH reasonably believes that it will pay an associate for their base salary for said position at the time of the posting. Individual compensation will ultimately be determined based on a variety of relevant factors including but-not limited to qualifications, geographic location and other relevant skills. You will follow computerized instructions and utilize bar code scanners to identify products and confirm task completion. This role includes operating high-bay and ground-level equipment, such as turret trucks, cherry picker trucks, and pallet-riders. What You’ll Do: • Receive equipment and zone assignments, interacting with the computer system via radio frequency (RF) to receive and report task completion. • Determine the next best task to accomplish under computer guidance. • Report inconsistencies or errors to the Warehouse Management System using an RF terminal. • Handle and stack cases of product (up to 50 lbs.) onto pallets. • Transfer products onto take away conveyors at specified points. • Acquire empty pallets from stacks. Relocate empty skids to designated storage areas. • Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor. What You’ll Bring: • High School Diploma or GED. • Basic literacy and math skills. • Good depth perception and vision. • The ability to work in a constant state of alertness.  • Familiarity with radio frequency (RF) technology • Capability to lift cartons up to 50 lbs. and stand for most of the shift. • Ability to operate an order picker (cherry picker) forklift. • Proficiency in operating, driving, and maneuvering equipment. • Ability to operate equipment at heights of up to 35-40 ft. • Being able to withstand temperatures ranging from 50-55 degrees (cold) to 90-100 degrees (heat). • Ability to determine the next task with the assistance of a computer. • Willingness to assist fellow associates when tasks are complete.
