WHAT YOU'LL DO * Respond to customer technical queries via chat, email, and video calls * Troubleshoot integration issues involving browsers, identity providers, and APIs * Isolate defects to the failing layer (the extension, the browser, the IdP, the customer's MDM, or our backend) and give engineering reproducible bug reports * Participate in the on-call rotation * Contribute to the knowledge base and customer guides based on issues you resolve * Collaborate with engineering, product, customer success, and solutions engineering, and share customer insights to improve the product WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR * 3+ years of technical support, solutions engineering, or customer success engineering experience for SaaS or security products * Strong understanding of web technologies (HTTP, APIs, browsers, extensions, and authentication) * Working knowledge of web technologies (HTTP, APIs, browsers, extensions, and authentication) * Familiarity with endpoint management on Windows and/or macOS * Experience using browser dev tools to investigate client-side issues * Basic SQL and log investigation skills, or a strong willingness to learn them quickly * Some scripting experience (PowerShell, Python, or Bash) and comfort using AI coding tools to read, modify, and troubleshoot code * Excellent written and verbal communication, especially when explaining technical topics * A proactive, resourceful approach to problem-solving in a startup environment WHAT WE OFFER We are committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. In compliance with applicable US, state and local laws, we are providing a good-faith estimate of the compensation range and a general description of other compensation and benefits. The base salary range for this position is expected to be between $155,000 - $170,000, with the actual base salary amount dependent on a number of factors, including but not limited to a candidate’s credentials, relevant experience, and primary job location. In addition to salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation and company benefits.   We support our US team’s health, financial security, and overall well-being through benefits like medical, dental, and vision coverage, an Employee Assistance Program, and a 401(k) with employer match. Fully remote & uncapped PTO: Work from home or a co-working space anywhere in the US, UK, or South Africa. Stay connected: We reimburse your internet and give you an annual allowance for local city meetups (travel, meals, co-working). Annual company offsite: An all-expenses-paid trip to a secret destination to work and connect in person.   This information does not constitute a promise of compensation and is subject to the terms of a written offer of employment. ________________________________________ We use an AI notetaker to record, transcribe, and summarize interviews so your interviewer can stay focused on you rather than on typing. The recording and summary are used only by the hiring team involved in this role, are stored in our applicant tracking system, and are not used to make an automated hiring decision — a person reviews everything. If you'd prefer we don't record, just let us know before the call or tell your interviewer at the start, and we'll turn it off. It won't affect your candidacy.
