PSE’s Customer Energy Management group is a major contributor to this goal by empowering customers to make informed energy choices with a cohesive set of financial incentives, technical assistance and education, and participation opportunities.   You will be responsible for implementing multiple programs within PSE's Decarbonization Portfolio, which focuses on low-income single-family and multifamily customers, small businesses, and commercial and industrial clients. This position is expected to manage external partnerships that deliver electrification upgrades including heat pumps, heat pump water heaters, and prerequisite upgrades such as electrical work. Additionally, you will oversee grant program deployment, monitoring, and oversight for single-family, multifamily, and commercial customers. This position may also include management of residential rebate programs and the development of other electrification programs and efforts to scale the Portfolio.   You will also manage program integration with PSE's other customer offerings, including energy efficiency, demand response, and bill discount rate enrollment, to deliver comprehensive benefits to customers.   The Program Manager will participate in all relevant program planning exercises including (but not limited to) goal setting, budget planning, regulatory filings (plans, funding requests, and reports), presentations to PSE leadership, internal, and external parties, supporting program evaluations, and business case development. This person identifies and implements opportunities for continuous improvement to better serve our customers through innovative program design and implementation. In addition, they enable our program marketing and outreach campaigns that generate successful customer participation.   Upholds the safety compliance standards inherent in PSE’s operating and/or field procedures related to work responsibilities.
