The Home Equity Analyst assists members and process loan applications to ensure a smooth, timely loan process from application through funding with a focus on Home Equity products. Schedule: Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm In this position, you will Process and analyze Home Equity lending products. Demonstrate effective phone skills and handle incoming phone calls to include product inquiries, application status’ and taking applications by phone. Processes, denies, and approves loan applications, using analysis and interpretation of facts and understanding of federal and state regulations and credit union policy, product guidelines, underwriting standards and procedures. Refers applications to management as required for 2nd level reviews. Process reconsiderations of loan denials/decisions/suspensions. Monitor and process various loan pipelines including new applications, incomplete applications, and approved applications. Make outbound follow up calls as needed. Communicate with members, outside vendors, and resources (e.g., appraisers, counties, deed report provider, flood provider, etc.) and financial institutions to acquire information necessary to complete loan processing. Identify and act upon opportunities to cross-sell PSECU products to membership. Conduct out-bound calls to cross-sell products and services as needed. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications: High School (Required) In 1934, 22 ordinary people pooled $90 of their own money and formed PSECU, a not-for-profit credit union, to provide a better life for themselves and their families. The VP of Enterprise Strategic Growth & Insights is a senior leader reporting directly to the Chief Experience Officer with oversight of enterprise-wide functions including: Organizational Strategy & Growth, Research & Market Intelligence, Deposits & Non-Interest Income Strategy, Experience Data & Analytics and Marketing & Communications. The VP oversees the creation and execution of organizational strategies designed to strengthen PSECU's market position and achieve desired business results through the delivery of insights, strategy and execution. This senior leader ensures deposit and non-interest income strategy and experience analytics directly influence value proposition decisions, competitive positioning, and the optimization of the company's growth and members' experience. Providing forward-looking analysis of organizational strategies, opportunities and challenges related to growth, retention, and market penetration, they serve as the key strategic brand, growth and analytics leader across PSECU, ensuring alignment between Member Experience, Lending, Finance, Product, Technology and Compliance teams to enable strategic decision-making at scale. This leader also oversees the organization's research and market intelligence department, ensuring deep knowledge and understanding of our Members and our Market to inform growth, retention and loyalty. Additionally, this leader owns the centralized marketing, communications and brand strategy. This senior level position facilitates communication and strategies between all lines of business within PSECU to identify needs and determine solutions that provide a best-in-class member experience that leads to member growth, retention, and loyalty. Schedule: Monday - Friday. This position will be both in person and remote with minimum onsite expectation of 60% or as needed. In this position, you will • Strategic Growth: Lead the research, development and analysis of a comprehensive enterprise growth strategy, focused on attracting, growing, and retaining members, loans and deposits aligned with organizational goals. Participate in and drive strategic planning; business continuity planning; and the development of new products and services through research and market intelligence. Analyze trends and deliver research to create growth plans and a value proposition that promote the PSECU brand, expand existing markets, and penetrate new market opportunities. • Leads multiple functions including: Marketing & Communications, Research & Market Intelligence, Organizational Strategy & Growth, Experience Analytics, and Deposit & Non-Interest Income Strategy & Product. • Oversees member analytics, providing insights on acquisition trends, attrition, and behavioral patterns to identify growth opportunities and reduce retention risks. • Develop and evolve marketing attribution models in collaboration with external agencies, ensuring data-driven optimization of channel performance. • Partner across the enterprise with Finance, Product, and Technology teams to deliver deposit and loan portfolio analytics, shaping Enterprise Deposit Portfolio strategies for growth, profitability, cross-sell, and member lifetime value. • Lead digital experience analytics team, generating insights on member behavior across email, website, app, and online banking to drive strategy for the enterprise Digital Experience. • Own Board-level reporting, that delivers insights on key organizational metrics such as member satisfaction, NPS, CES, etc. to guide executive decision-making. • Shape and evolve PSECU's segmentation strategy, ensuring enterprise member insights drive decisions across the organization including, but not limited to: Sales, Product, Digital and Marketing. • Manage vendor relationships, tool selection, and optimization for the Marketing & Communications, Deposit & Non-Interest Income Strategy, Research & Market Intelligence, Experience Analytics and Strategic Growth functions, ensuring solutions enhance PSECU's ability to deliver actionable insights. • Build and lead a high-performing managers and teams, fostering career growth, accountability, and a culture of collaboration. • Evaluate and advance all enterprise experience analytics, including AI and ML, to responsibly drive PSECU's growth and transform reactive reporting into proactive business outcomes. • Oversees marketing & communications strategies to attract, grow and retain members, loans and deposits, achieving organizational objectives, including optimizing PSECU's brand and brand strategy with consumers, businesses, key partners and the community. • Lead the member and market research function, synthesizing insights from Member Community, surveys, and external studies to shape strategic and operational decisions. • Champion enterprise-wide MX analytics initiatives across the organization, fostering a data-driven culture and increasing analytics adoption across departments. • Other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Bachelors (Required), BS: Data Analytics, BS: Economics, BS: Mathematics, BS: Statistics, MBA: Business Administration 10 to 15 years of senior level experience in a financial services industry, leading in-house and outsourced teams, with a strong marketing background and knowledge of a buyer's journey.| Not Required 15+ years progressive analytics experience, including leadership roles in scaling analytics functions, driving data-driven decision-making, and leading organizational transformations.| Required Any equivalent combination of experience and education.| Required
