Click on 'Apply' button to find out more. Role Description ProShop is seeking a results-driven Account Executive to join our team and take the sales world by storm! If you have a passion for building client relationships, exceeding targets, and closing deals, this job is for you. With our innovative product and supportive team by your side, you’ll be unstoppable. • Manage the full sales cycle from building the pipeline to closing deals • Strategically, thoughtfully, and pessimistically forecast prospects • Leverage objective systems and processes that are metrics-based to properly forecast • Provide feedback to the Director of Sales to fuel our growth strategy • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social selling • Set up meetings with potential clients and effectively qualify their fit for ProShop • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services • Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data • Attend industry events and conferences to network and generate leads • Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections • Collaborate with team members to achieve better results • Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with internal teams • Take an overall professionalized metrics-based systematic methodical approach to sell higher ACV subscription products and services • Implement the MEDDPICC sales approach • Perform other duties or projects as assigned Qualifications • Must be based in the United States or Canada • Proven 2-4 years of experience as an Account Executive or in a relevant role • Excellent knowledge of Google Workspace • Experience with CRM software, particularly HubSpot • Strong grasp of marketing, sales strategies, and negotiation techniques • Experience with ACV (Annual Contract Value) sales and understanding of sales pipeline management • Familiarity with MEDDPICC methodology for effective qualification and sales process • Quick learner with a passion for sales and problem-solving • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach • Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations • Experience with and knowledge of ERP, MES, and QMS systems • Prior experience in the manufacturing industry is highly desirable Requirements • Must be based in the United States or Canada Benefits • Comprehensive Health Benefits: Enjoy coverage with extended health benefits, including health, vision, and dental care. • Generous Retirement Savings: We match your RRSP or 401(k) contribution up to a maximum. • Paid Time Off: Ample paid time off to recharge. • Competitive Compensation: Salary and benefits package that reflects your experience and skills. • Dynamic & Supportive Team: Join a high-achieving, collaborative team. • Remote Work: Flexibility of remote work opportunities. • Winter Break: Closed from December 25th to January 1st annually.
