You’ll serve as the commercial lead supporting powered shell and turnkey data center development, as well as electrical substation development, partnering closely with Development, Design/Engineering, Construction/GCs, Commissioning, and Legal. This is an experienced data center sourcing and procurement role in a specialized environment—ideal for someone who has run OFCI programs across multiple equipment families (electrical power chain, cooling/thermal, controls, and supporting infrastructure) and can drive outcomes across strategy, contracting, and delivery execution. OFCI Procurement Execution (Long-lead & Critical Equipment) • Manage the OFCI procurement lifecycle across a portfolio of projects: demand planning, procurement schedules, PO placement, manufacturing milestones, logistics coordination, and delivery readiness. • Drive supplier accountability for submittals, drawing packages, manufacturing schedules, FAT/SAT readiness, and delivery milestones—keeping projects on track for commissioning and energization dates. • Partner with EPCs and commissioning teams to align commercial terms with installation, quality, warranty, and startup requirements.
