Sr Manager Solution Marketing LSP

Compensation$70K - 110K a year

Develop messaging and sales tools for AI solutions targeting logistics providers across multiple regions. | 6+ years in product or solution marketing, preferably in logistics or freight tech, with hands-on asset creation and messaging skills. | About the Role As Senior Manager, Solution Marketing, you'll be the bridge between LSP44's product and its go-to-market motion, translating complex logistics operations and AI agent capabilities into messaging, content, and sales tools that help our NORAM and EMEA sales teams win. This is a hands-on, builder role. You will personally create the messaging frameworks, sales assets, and campaign narratives that move deals forward. You'll partner closely with Product, Sales, and Head of Marketing to understand how LSP44's agents solve real operational pain (ex. carrier procurement, rate & quote, dispatch, exception recovery, carrier onboarding, freight audit) and turn that understanding into positioning and content that resonates with distinct buyer segments across the LSP landscape. This role blends the craft of solution marketing of translating product into value, defining ICPs, building messaging that fuels content and campaigns, with the practical, day-to-day needs of a global sales team: battlecards, decks, one-pagers, and talk tracks. There's less emphasis here on traditional product marketing motions like competitive analysis and win/loss, and more on getting the field equipped and the market speaking our language. We're hiring at the Senior Manager level, and for an exceptional candidate we'd consider leveling this role to Director. At either level, this is an individual contributor role; we need someone who wants to build and execute personally, not manage a team on day one. The LSP Landscape You'll Market To You'll be creating messaging and campaigns for logistics service providers across the full spectrum of the industry, each with distinct operational models, buying triggers, and language: Non-Asset 3PLs & Freight Brokers: Managing carrier networks at scale, competing on speed and visibility without owning the assets. 4PLs & Lead Logistics Providers: Orchestrating multi-modal, multi-carrier, multi-region supply chains on behalf of enterprise shippers. NVOCCs & Freight Forwarders: Navigating complex ocean, air, and customs workflows where exception management defines service quality. LTL Consolidators & Regional Carriers: Competing on reliability and transparency, under growing pressure to modernize. Managed Transportation Providers: Running shipper TMS environments and carrier relationships as an outsourced operating layer. Key Accountabilities Solution Marketing & Messaging Translate LSP44's AI agent capabilities into clear, differentiated messaging that speaks the language of logistics operators, not generic AI hype. Develop positioning and messaging frameworks for LSP44's platform by connecting product capabilities to the operational and financial outcomes LSPs care about. Identify and refine ICPs across LSP subsegments (3PLs, 4PLs, freight forwarders, LTL, managed transportation) and tailor messaging to what resonates with each. Partner with Product to stay fluent in the roadmap and turn new agent capabilities into market-ready narratives quickly. Sales Enablement & Assets Develop and maintain the core sales toolkit for NORAM and EMEA teams: pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies, value narratives, and objection-handling guides. Design and deliver enablement sessions and talk tracks so reps can confidently articulate LSP44's value across ICP segments. Serve as a hands-on resource for sales, building custom assets for strategic deals, not just handing off templates. Gather ongoing feedback from sales in both regions and iterate on assets and messaging quickly. Campaign & Content Marketing Translate messaging frameworks into content and campaign assets: web copy, blog posts, email nurture, webinar narratives, and event materials. Partner with demand generation to ensure campaigns are built around ICP-specific pain points and value propositions. Support the launch of new agent capabilities with go-to-market content and campaign narratives. Cross-Functional & Regional Collaboration Serve as a marketing point of contact for sales across NORAM and EMEA, ensuring messaging and assets account for regional nuances. Partner with Product, Sales, and Customer Success to bring market and field feedback back into messaging and content. Requirements & Preferred Skills 6+ years in product marketing, solution marketing, or a closely related role, ideally in logistics, supply chain, or freight tech. Demonstrated ability to translate complex, technical products, (bonus for AI/ML or automation), into messaging that lands with both operators and executives. Hands-on experience building sales enablement assets (decks, battlecards, one-pagers) and running enablement sessions for a global sales team. Experience identifying and marketing to multiple ICPs/subsegments, and tailoring campaigns accordingly. Comfortable working across NORAM and EMEA time zones and sales cultures. A true builder; comfortable being the primary creator of assets and content, not just directing others. Nice to Have Familiarity with logistics/supply chain vocabulary (freight brokerage, 3PL/4PL operations, carrier management, TMS, EDI, freight audit). Experience marketing AI or automation products. Experience at a high-growth or newly spun-out company. In-Office Commitment This role is based in our Chicago, IL office on a hybrid basis. We're looking for someone who wants to be in the room with Sales and Product regularly; collaborating in person accelerates the kind of cross-functional work this role requires. Diversity & Inclusion We’re designing the future of how the world moves and is connected through trade and global supply chains. We can only deliver a truly world-class product and experience if our teams are as diverse and unique as the communities we are building for. It’s up to us to create a company where anyone can bring their authentic self to work every day. We’re constantly working to improve, and we accept our responsibility to elevate the voices left in the margins. It’s on every one of us. Our focus on inclusion manifests in the way we hire, the customers we serve, and the regions we prioritize. We’re building a company that every one of us at project44 is proud to work for: a company that celebrates you for being you. We pride ourselves on celebrating everyone — project44 is an equal opportunity employer actively working on creating a diverse and inclusive work environment where underrepresented groups can thrive. If you share our values and our passion for helping the way the world moves, we’d love to review your application! For any accommodations needed during the hiring process, please email recruiting@project44.com. Even if you don’t meet 100% of the above qualifications, you should still seriously consider applying. Studies show that you can still be considered for a role if you meet just 50% of the role’s requirements.

Compensation$90K - 130K a year

Embed with logistics clients to own integration architecture and customize AI workflows transforming logistics processes. | 5+ years in software engineering with mastery in API design, event-driven architectures, and deep logistics domain expertise. | Why p44LSP.ai? At project44, we believe in better — and p44LSP.ai is what better looks like for the logistics service provider market. For years, project44 focused on global shippers as our core customer. That focus worked. Our Shipper business is a category leader growing 20% year-over-year. That strength is what makes the next chapter possible. Shippers and LSPs are fundamentally different businesses. Shippers buy logistics software to support their core operations. Logistics Service Providers — freight forwarders, brokers, and 3PLs — sell logistics as their product. Their software is their competitive edge. They buy fast, build on APIs and agents, and reward teams that ship in weeks, not quarters. This is why we created p44LSP.ai: a dedicated, AI-native division built to serve the LSP market with the focus, speed, and resources it deserves. It's the scope and ownership of an AI startup, backed by the infrastructure of a $124M business — 259K carriers, billions of shipment outcomes, agents in production, and direct access to project44's data graph, carrier network, and enterprise relationships. This is a small, hand-picked team operating across Chicago, San Francisco, Bangalore, and the EU. Flat org. Forward-deployed engineering. AI coding tools across the workflow. Agents as the product surface. Customers who pilot in weeks and tell you what they think directly. The LSP market is moving fast. AI agent startups are growing 300%+ year-over-year, and seven of eight sell to LSPs. We have the data position, the platform, the customers, and now the team. We're hiring the engineers who will build it with us. AI at project44 We expect every project44 team member, regardless of role or function, to actively leverage AI in their day-to-day work. Whether you're building product, serving customers, managing people, or running operations, AI is a tool you're expected to use with intent, curiosity, and judgment. We don't expect everyone to be a data scientist. We do expect everyone to be an intelligent user of AI: able to identify where it adds value, direct it effectively, evaluate outputs critically, and govern it responsibly. We invest in our team's AI fluency because we believe it's a competitive advantage for every person at project44, not just our engineers If you’re driven to solve meaningful problems, leverage AI to scale rapidly, drive impact daily, and be part of a high-performance team – we should talk. The Role Most engineers build for customers. FDEs build with them. You'll be embedded directly with high-value LSP accounts — owning integration architecture, customizing agent workflows, and serving as the ground truth between how LSPs actually operate and how our product team thinks they do. Your job is to transform logistics from a reactive service into a programmable network — replacing manual workflows with autonomous agent-to-agent coordination. What you learn in the field shapes the roadmap. You ship in weeks, not quarters. What You'll Work On Own end-to-end integration for dedicated LSP accounts — configure bi-directional webhooks and event-driven pipelines so AI agents can read, act, and write data into customer TMS, WMS, and ERP systems instantly Unify disparate customer data into a single actionable signal — driving dynamic interoperability across core business systems Customize interfaces and agent logic to fit existing LSP workflows across freight procurement, load tendering, and exception handling — reducing time-to-value and making adoption feel natural Feed the right context to agents and debug decisions when they go wrong — tracing failures back to the specific data point, prompt, or tool use that caused them Build event-driven pipelines (Kafka/PubSub) that carry agent intent at the scale of millions of logistics events per day Serve as the ground truth — we can't build a world-class product in a silo. Your field observations directly inform what gets on the roadmap and when What We're Looking For Qualifications 5+ years in software engineering, solutions engineering, or technical implementation in a customer-facing role Mastery of API-first design and bi-directional webhook configuration Experience with event-driven architecture and stream processing (Kafka, PubSub, or similar) Hands-on integration experience with TMS, WMS, or ERP systems Strong debugging skills across distributed, agent-driven workflows Deep domain knowledge in logistics — freight procurement, load tendering, carrier management, and exception handling. LSP customers don't trust engineers who don't understand their world. You need to speak their language to earn the right to change how they work. Nice to Have Experience with agentic AI systems — context feeding, prompt engineering, tool invocation, stateful agents Prior experience in a forward-deployed or field engineering role Containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes) How You Work You take ownership of outcomes, not just deliverables You bring back what you see in the field and use it to make the product better You move fast, iterate in the open, and don't wait for perfect conditions You can translate technical complexity to both engineers and LSP operators without losing either audience Work Authorization: Candidates must be authorised to work in the US without current or future employer-sponsored visa support. In-office Commitment: Our office is where ideas spark, connections thrive, and innovation comes alive. We are looking for candidates who are enthusiastic and committed to joining our team on-site, in our beautiful headquarters 3 days a week. Together, we’re building something extraordinary—learn, grow, and thrive in our fast-paced, transformative environment. Diversity & Inclusion At project44, we're designing the future of how the world moves. As we work to deliver a truly world-class product, we're intentionally building teams that reflect the unique communities we serve. We're focused on creating a company where all team members can bring their authentic selves to work every day. project44 is an equal opportunity employer. If you share our values and passion for the future of logistics, we'd love to review your application. Even if you don't meet 100% of the requirements, please consider applying — studies show you can still be a strong candidate at 50%.
