Manage multiple design projects, coordinate cross-disciplinary teams, and maintain client relationships throughout project lifecycles. | Requires 10+ years in design project management, professional licensure, PMP certification, and proficiency in project planning tools. | As a Senior Project Manager on our Logistics team, you will lead multiple small to mid-sized design projects while supporting complex, high-volume programs for a global e-commerce client. You will manage scope, schedule, and budget from proposal through execution, serving as a trusted client liaison throughout the project lifecycle. You will have the opportunity to drive team collaboration and client success on fast-paced initiatives that shape the physical network of one of the world’s largest logistics operations. Deliver Results • Manage multiple small to mid-sized projects and support complex, high-volume programs, ensuring scope, budget, and schedule alignment. • Serve as the primary liaison to our confidential e-commerce client, fostering long-term trust through proactive communication and consistent delivery. • Coordinate in-house and consultant team resources, facilitating effective integration across all disciplines. • Lead project startup processes, including work plan development, budget setup, and project kickoff meetings. • Develop detailed proposals and schedules, with clear definition of scope and deliverables aligned to internal and external expectations. • Track and manage budgets, technical schedules, and QA/QC milestones across the full project lifecycle. • Identify and mitigate risk proactively to ensure on-time delivery and minimize rework. • Mentor junior staff in project management best practices, team communication, and client coordination. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Architecture, Engineering, Interiors, or Landscape Architecture. A Master’s degree is a plus. • 10 or more years of experience managing design projects in a professional A/E environment. • Professional licensure or registration in your discipline preferred. • PMP or other formal PM certification (PSMJ, PMI) preferred. • Proficient in Microsoft Project, SharePoint, and Microsoft Teams. • Experience with Deltek Vision and project planning tools preferred. • Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills with demonstrated success managing cross-functional teams. • Ability to build and maintain positive client relationships in high-stakes, high-volume environments. • Proven ability to manage risk, resolve conflicts, and drive technical excellence across interdisciplinary teams.
