Retention & Expansion Expertise: Proven success building renewal and expansion playbooks, negotiating large and complex deals, and driving measurable NRR. Data-Driven Operator: Hands-on experience implementing and managing platforms like Planhat, Gainsight, or Totango to monitor health, predict churn, and trigger engagement.
