The MSPs Technical Project Manager is responsible for ensuring all the information needed to deliver a project On-Time and On-Budget is available and gathered. We should be clear that this is NOT a hands-on IT Engineering role. This is a challenging role that requires support from stakeholders at many levels across the business. You will need to demonstrate leadership and team building skills and be able to balance these with the structure and discipline needed to manage and control project risks. These include but are not limited to the following: Billable Hours Focus: Engage team members and Engineers on processes for properly documenting and increasing billable hours through automation PluralSight Implementation: Encourage professional development among Engineers to leverage recent PluralSight implementation company wide Microsoft Copilot: Encourage and mentor the use of Microsoft Copilot and other tooling among Engineers to improve efficiency REWST Low Code Implementation: Encourage and collaborate with Engineers on potential automation projects for routine and manual tasks Documentation/Process Improvement: Establish clear documentation standards for teams to follow and seek opportunities to implement process improvements to reduce inefficiencies. Automation Incentive Program: Assist with implementing a program where a 50/50 billable split happens between the Engineer developing the automation and the Engineer who executes the automation DevOps Implementation: Encourage and facilitate conversations with the team to adopt Agile and DevOps methodologies and practices as it relates to IT projects/infrastructure. Objectives of this role Build and develop the project team to ensure maximum performance, by providing purpose, direction, and motivation Lead projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and implementation plans, including risk mitigation Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure that projects adhere to scope, schedule, and budget Analyze project status and, when necessary, revise the scope, schedule, or budget to ensure that project requirements can be met Establish and maintain relationships with relevant client stakeholders, providing day-to-day contact on project status and changes Establish and maintain processes for managing scope during the project lifecycle, setting quality and performance standards and assessing risks Structure and manage integrated, multitrack performance databases for digital, print, social, broadcast, and experiential projects Develop and maintain partnerships with third-party resources, including vendors and researchers Assign and monitor resources to ensure project efficiency and maximize deliverables Report project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels and escalate issues, as necessary, according to project work plan Prior experience in a Managed Services environment 5 or more years of project management experience Industry Project Management certification (i.e. - PMP, Project+, etc) / Six Sigma Certification Strong attention to deadlines and budgetary guidelines

The Senior SQA Test Engineer will design, develop, and maintain test plans and execute testing processes to ensure high-quality software delivery. They will lead testing efforts, analyze results, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product quality. | Candidates should have a Bachelor's or Master's degree with over 7 years of Software Quality Assurance experience. Knowledge of SDLC, STLC, and various testing tools and methodologies is essential. | ProArch is on the lookout for a dedicated Senior SQA Test Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing comprehensive testing strategies and executing testing processes to ensure the delivery of high-quality software applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including development, product management, and other stakeholders, to improve product quality. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts for functional, integration, and regression testing. Lead the testing efforts and coordinate with team members for effective test coverage. Perform manual and automated testing of applications and APIs, ensuring compliance with business requirements. Analyze test results, report defects, and track issues to resolution using defect tracking tools. Collaborate with developers to understand application architecture and identify testing needs. Participate in design and code reviews to provide feedback on potential testability and quality concerns. Mentor junior testers and foster a culture of quality throughout the organization. Continuously improve testing methodologies and practices based on industry trends. Manage end-to-end delivery of small to moderately complex projects, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, and budget, while coordinating cross-functional teams and maintaining documentation. | Bachelor’s degree, 3-5 years of project management experience, PMP or Six Sigma certification preferred, with experience in healthcare delivery systems or government contracts being advantageous. | Responsibilities: Manages end-to-end delivery of small to moderately complex projects, ensuring alignment with defined scope, schedule, and budget. Coordinates cross-functional project teams, facilitating collaboration among internal staff, matrix managers, and client representatives. Tracks milestones, deliverables, and metrics using project management tools such as Microsoft Project and related reporting systems. Identifies project risks and issues; develops mitigation recommendations and escalates as appropriate. Supports alignment of project activities with organizational strategy and client objectives. Prepares project status updates, dashboards, and reports for stakeholders under the guidance of senior leadership. Assists in developing and monitoring project budgets, collaborating with finance to track actuals against plan. Ensures adherence to internal governance processes, CMMI standards, and compliance with contractual requirements. Partners with clients to support effective communication and issue resolution throughout the project lifecycle. Confers with project personnel to gather input, resolve day-to-day challenges, and ensure progress toward deliverables. Maintains project documentation including schedules, risks, issues, change requests, and lessons learned. Contributes to process improvement by recommending adjustments to enhance delivery efficiency. Provides informal guidance and support to junior team members or project coordinators. Demonstrates commitment to customer service and operational excellence in all aspects of project delivery. Read, understand, and adhere to all corporate policies including policies related to HIPAA and its Privacy and Security Rules. Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred (Business, Healthcare, Information Systems, Business Science Mathematics, or related field preferred). 3-5 years of project management experience. PMP or Six Sigma certification strongly preferred or actively working toward certification. Preferred Qualifications Experience with healthcare delivery systems, Medicaid/Medicare programs, or government contracts strongly preferred. Developing strong communication and collaboration skills; able to facilitate discussions with project teams and stakeholders. Builds confidence in leading small teams or workstreams under the guidance of senior project leaders. Demonstrates sound analytical and problem-solving skills, seeking input when issues are complex. Effectively manages multiple small to moderately complex initiatives with support from senior project managers.
