Oversee enterprise-wide programs including system deployments and vendor management to align projects with business strategy. | 10-12 years program management with full lifecycle CRM, ERP, or HRIS deployments, leadership in regulated environments, and fixed-budget project management. | Job title: Delivery Lead, Enterprise Program Reports: Head of EPMO Department: Enterprise Programs Location: Remote Grade: 21 About Priority Commerce:    Priority Commerce is a leading financial technology company on a mission to deliver a personalized, easy-to-adopt financial toolset that accelerates cash flow and optimizes working capital for businesses. Our vision is to eliminate the barriers to unlocking revenue - empowering businesses to grow faster and operate smarter. We achieve this through the Priority Commerce Engine, an innovative platform that combines payables, acquiring, and banking and treasury solutions. This unified approach allows businesses to streamline financial operations, reduce unnecessary costs, and uncover new revenue opportunities. At Priority Commerce, we're driven by results. We expect our people to be known for results - bringing expertise, momentum, and relentless focus to every challenge, helping our clients and each other thrive. About the Role:   This role leads Enterprise Programs, the Enterprise PMO tower responsible for Priority's largest internal cross-functional delivery. The tower has two halves. The first is enterprise business system programs ERP, CRM, HRIS, and data platform deployments and upgrades together with transformation programs that cut across more than one business function. The second is an established internal delivery bench covering infrastructure and cloud operations, enterprise architecture, AI-enabled functions, delivery for the regulated business functions, and the data platform. You will personally run the largest active program while leading the team that runs the rest, and you will own intake and prioritization, with business stakeholders, for the internal bench directly until a dedicated portfolio shaping role is stood up alongside Strategy & Portfolio Management. This is a practitioner leader role, not a pure people management role. Enterprise Programs runs the programs that deploy and upgrade the company's enterprise business systems; it does not own the systems. The owning function, Finance for ERP, Sales for CRM, HR for HRIS, IT for infrastructure, sets the requirements and makes the call on system content and go-live readiness.  Responsibilities:  * Personally, leads the largest active enterprise program, end to end from business case through go-live. * Oversees the Program Managers running multi-quarter enterprise business system programs and scales the team as the portfolio grows. * Owns the tower's delivery standard for enterprise system and transformation programs, including stage gates, testing and cutover discipline, and go-live readiness evidence. * Owns vendor and systems integrator delivery management on the tower's programs, holding partners to their commitments and escalating performance problems early through the governance forum. * Builds and holds the working relationship with the business system owners in Finance, Sales, HR, and IT, so that requirements and go-live decisions stay with the function while delivery accountability stays with the tower. * Leads the internal delivery bench directly, infrastructure and cloud operations, enterprise architecture, AI-enabled functions, delivery for the regulated business functions, and the data platform, across three delivery pillars. * Owns intake and demand triage for shared services work, applying the engagement criteria so every request is dispositioned as EPMO led, governance only, or handed to the functional owner. Holds the line so the bench works a triaged portfolio rather than an open backlog. * Shapes strategy and business cases for shared services work before it reaches a delivery manager and agrees pillar priorities and dispositions with the CIO. * Delivers against approved business cases, and on fixed-budget projects manages third-party spend, vendor fees, hardware, and licensing against the approved project budget, raising variance early. Internal resource dollars and general capital allocation are not tracked against initiatives today. * Reports delivery status, risk, and go-live confidence through the EPMO Intelligence Portal to the standard set by PMO Operations and the Center of Excellence. * Develops the team against the EPMO career progression framework, placing and promoting on demonstrated scope rather than tenure. What Success Looks Like: Business system owners treat the tower as the way to get a deployment done rather than as a threat to their ownership. The boundary holds without needing to be re-argued each program. * Enterprise programs land on time and within the approved business case at the rates the tower commits to, and where they will not, that is visible early enough to act on. * Intake discipline holds. The internal bench works a triaged portfolio rather than an open backlog, and demand is turned away when it should be. * Vendor and systems-integrator performance is actively managed, with problems surfaced in time to correct rather than reported after the fact. * The internal delivery bench that moved into this tower stays, and takes on greater scope. Candidate Requirements: Required * 10–12 years in program management, including named CRM, ERP, or HRIS deployments delivered end to end. Depth on at least one full lifecycle from business case through stabilization. * Experience leading a program where a business function,  not the delivery team,  owned the system and the requirements, with evidence of holding that boundary under pressure. * Vendor and systems integrator management on a major deployment, including having held a partner to commitments and recovered a slipping workstream. * People leadership, with the credibility to run a program, hands on, while leading a small team of senior practitioners. * Experience delivering against an approved business case and managing third-party spend vendor, hardware, and licensing against a fixed project budget, reporting variance without being asked. * Experience delivering in a regulated environment such as SOC 2 or PCI DSS, including programs gated by risk, compliance, or audit requirements. * Executive facing communication. Credible presenting delivery risk to senior leadership and to functional executives who own the system being changed. * Experience running an intake and demand triage model against a constrained bench, deciding what the team takes on, what it governs only, and what it hands back, and making those decisions stick. * Experience leading internal shared services, infrastructure, or enterprise architecture delivery. * PMP or equivalent certification. * Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. Preferred * Data platform or analytics consolidation program experience. * Transformation program experience spanning more than one business function. * Prior experience in an enterprise PMO. * Named platform depth: SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Salesforce, Dynamics, Workday, or SuccessFactors. * Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and portfolio reporting tooling. Staff Software Engineer

Compensation$120K - 160K a year

Lead design and implementation of complex system components and own domain architecture and technical standards. | 8-12 years engineering experience with domain ownership, proficiency in JavaScript/Cloud stack, strong technical writing and product fluency. | Job title: Staff Software Engineer  Reports to: Director, Engineering - Payables Department: Payable Solutions Location: Remote Grade: 21 About Priority:  Our vision in Product & Technology is to engineer the world's most resilient, AI-native financial ecosystem that empowers businesses to transcend table-stakes and lead the agentic future, where every financial transaction is intelligent, every developer is accelerated, and every experience is unified. At Priority, we are building the Priority Commerce Engine, a unified platform that enables businesses to collect money, store money, lend money, move money, and build modern commerce experiences at scale. About the Role: Staff Software Engineers are the engineering backbone of their team. You're the engineer everyone wants on the hard problems — the ones that need solid judgment, deep system understanding, and someone who'll actually ship them. You're hands-on every day: you design and implement the parts of the system that are too important or too tricky to leave to anyone else, you debug the production issues everyone else has bounced off, and your code is the model the team's review bar is set against. You lead by example — your quality, your work ethic, and your AI-native practice raise the team's by visible degrees over time. At Staff, "I shape direction but don't really code anymore" doesn't apply. When the team hits a high-pressure moment — a major incident, a cross-functional escalation, a critical delivery — you're the engineer the team looks to, and you show up regardless of time of day, day of week, or weekend. The hours don't matter; the outcome does. You're also the technical authority for your domain — its architecture, its standards, its debt. Architecture here is a writing job as much as a design job, but it's earned through doing the work, not separated from it. You know the domain's customers and stakeholders, and the outcomes the domain is committed to. The domain's KPIs are partly yours: not just system metrics like latency and error rate, but the customer-facing and business outcomes the domain exists to deliver. What You’ll Do: * Ship the team's hardest work hands-on — design, implement, review, deploy, and operate it through production. * Set the team's code-quality and design bar by example; your reviews teach, and your design feedback changes outcomes. * Own your domain's architecture — its structure, integration patterns, and standards — write the ADRs that document the significant decisions, and keep technical debt visible, quantified, and shrinking. * Own the domain's OKRs and KPIs alongside the team's manager and product partners — system metrics (reliability, latency, cost) and customer-facing outcomes (conversion, time-to-value, satisfaction) — and frame technical investment in terms leadership can act on. * Help the team improve predictability — scope ambiguity out before commitments, surface delivery risk early, and engineer away structural friction. * Lead the team's AI-native and agentic engineering practice — by your daily example, not by mandate. * Own your domain's delivery, reliability, and security; take part in incident response and on-call; bring rigor to postmortems and follow-through to actions. * Lead during the team's high-pressure moments — major incidents, cross-functional escalations, and critical delivery — regardless of time of day, day of week, or weekend. * Mentor engineers toward design and architecture ownership; develop the team's bench. What Success Looks Like: * The team's hardest problems get shipped well — because you took them on, not because they got escalated. * The team is more predictable on your watch, and its quality bar holds because you live it — reviews teach, escaped defects trend down, commitments hold. * The domain's OKRs and KPIs are met and understood across the team — system metrics and customer-facing outcomes both. * Your domain's architecture is documented and built within; your ADRs get cited; technical debt is visible and shrinking. * AI-assisted development is the team's default — visibly, daily, and with judgment — because you lead it. * Engineers in your domain grow into design ownership; if you took a month off, the domain wouldn't skip a beat. What We’re Looking For: * Roughly 8–12 years of relevant engineering experience — a guide, not a gate; we hire on demonstrated impact, not years. * Hands-on credibility and strong work ethic — you've been the engineer everyone wants on the hard problems, and you got them done by leading through the work, not by exhortation. * Comfort leading in high-pressure moments — and willingness to show up for them regardless of hour: outages, escalations, critical deliveries. * Multi-year ownership of a significant domain, with a written decision history (ADRs or equivalent) others have built against. * Product fluency — you can speak the language of the business, name the metrics that matter, and frame technical work in customer outcomes. * Daily, judgment-driven AI-assisted development practice; the experience to teach others where AI helps and where it misleads. * Influence without authority — standards adopted, conflicts resolved, engineers developed because they wanted to learn from you. * Security and compliance fluency for systems handling sensitive financial data. * A strong writer — at this level, architecture and engineering leadership are both writing jobs. * The primary technology stack for the Partner Solutions  team includes:  Frontend:  React.js/Redux  Backend: Node.js, Kafka  Data Layer: MySql, Elasticsearch, Redis, Snowflake  Infrastructure : cloud-native microservices  AWS, Kubernetes  CI/CD: github/Teamcity/octopus Nice to Have: * Experience leading teams within fintech, payments, lending, or other regulated financial systems. * Experience improving engineering processes and team effectiveness at scale. * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience. * Advanced degree in a relevant technical discipline (e.g., Master’s or PhD). Work Environment & Culture: We believe that performance and experience go hand in hand - an exceptional employee experience is earned through contribution. We are a results-driven team, grounded in our core values: ownership, authenticity, service, trust, innovation, and camaraderie. Our culture is built for those who want to make an impact. We challenge each other to grow, celebrate progress, and support one another through shared goals and real connection. Whether you're building technology, serving clients, or supporting internal teams, you’ll be part of a company that empowers you to perform at your best and be known for results. Compensation and Benefits: Compensation range: $168k - $192k We invest in the whole employee - personally and professionally. Our benefits package is designed to support your well-being, growth, and success - both inside and outside of work. Financial Wellness * Bonus programs * 401(k) match * Employee Stock Purchase Program (ESPP) * HSA and FSA options * Financial wellness resources and employee discount programs Health & Well-being * Medical, dental, and vision coverage * Mental health support for employees and dependents through Lyra Health * Family planning and women’s health benefits through Carrot * Gym membership reimbursement and virtual wellness programs (including yoga) Time Off * 3 weeks PTO to start, with unlimited PTO after year one Growth & Development * Education expense reimbursement * Leadership development programs * Certified Payments Professional (CPP) certification support We believe great performance starts with feeling supported - and we’ve built our benefits with that in mind.  Traditional Physical Requirements: * Requires prolonged sitting, standing, bending, stooping and stretching. * Requires the ability to lift 10 pounds. * Requires eye-hand coordination, manual dexterity and a normal range of hearing and vision (with or without correction).   Join our team at Priority Technology Holdings, Inc. and be part of a dynamic and innovative company that is transforming the financial technology landscape.
