Manage print production projects by coordinating with sales, prepress, and clients to ensure quality and timely delivery. | Requires previous print production management experience, strong project management and communication skills, and in-depth print industry knowledge. | Project Manager • Previous experience in print production management or a similar role is required* Roles & Responsibilities: • Collaborate with the sales representatives and department managers to understand project requirements and set accurate timelines. • Submit print orders into the production process, ensuring accurate specifications are provided. • Coordinate with prepress or the digital department to receive proofs and review them for quality and accuracy and email them to the customer. • Communicate effectively with clients for proof approval and addressing any questions or concerns. • Once approved, move projects into production. • Once production is complete conduct quality control checks to ensure they meet the highest standards. Qualifications/Knowledge/Skills/Experience: • Previous experience in print production management or a similar role is required. • Excellent customer service and communication skills to effectively interact with clients, department managers, and team members. • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work under pressure. • In-depth knowledge of the print industry, including digital and large format print methods, paper stocks, and large format substrates Job Type: Full-time Pay: $22.00 - $27.00 per hour Benefits: • 401(k) • Dental insurance • Health insurance • Paid time off Work Location: In person
