Responsibilities • Define and lead content and UX strategy across corporate digital experiences and the mobile app, in partnership with business stakeholders focused on delivering customer outcomes. • Lead and develop a team of content publishers and UX designers, balancing hands‑on guidance with strategic direction. • Effectively oscillate between content operations (publishing, governance, quality) and experience strategy (journeys, information architecture, optimization), ensuring both move in lockstep while partnering across the CX team. • Develop scalable content frameworks and messaging architectures that enable consistency, personalization, and quality at enterprise scale. • Leverage AI‑powered platforms to A/B test, optimize, and improve content engagement, fostering a continuous‑improvement mindset. • Partner with design, product, analytics, technology, and compliance teams to translate insights into actionable experience improvements. • Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leaders while mentoring teams on modern content, UX, and AI‑assisted workflows. Who You Are • Bachelors degree or equvialent experience • 9+ years of experience in content strategy, content writing, UX strategy, or product experience. • Demonstrated success leading content and UX strategy teams for enterprise‑scale websites and mobile applications. • Deep expertise in content and user experience strategy and delivery, with the ability to shape end‑to‑end customer journeys. • Strong command of customer‑centered storytelling and content design principles. • Analytical mindset with experience using data and research to drive decision‑making. • Ability to set strategy and lead teams while fostering the right cultural dynamics through both leadership and consultative approaches. • Excellent communication, influencing, and relationship‑management skills across business partners and cross‑functional stakeholders. • Proven ability to build trust and followership across the organization. • Strong working knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG), SEO best practices, design platforms (Figma, Adobe), and enterprise content management systems. • Experience in financial services or other highly regulated industries strongly preferred. • Experience operating in agile product teams and complex, matrixed organizations. • Track record of partnering with senior leaders and cross‑functional teams to drive measurable business outcomes. • Experience working in federated models and high‑change environments is a plus. Manage and consult on ESOP plans, build client relationships, and ensure compliance with plan requirements. | Requires 6+ years of related business experience, ESOP experience, and strong accounting and communication skills. | What You'll Do As a Client Service Manager 1 on our Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) Administration team, you’ll manage and provide consultation to several key client accounts handling all aspects of their ESOP plans. You’ll proactively build relationships with C-Suite executives, company owners, financial executives and HR personnel while balancing technical activities of the plans. Educating, teaching and handling their unique requests provides for a very valued partner experience with your clients. Here are a few examples of the kinds of things you'll do: • Develop a working knowledge of ESOP technical requirements to create and propose solutions to meet client needs. • Understand and implement key features on plan documents such as performing trust accounting, compliance testing and government reporting. • Take the lead on client ESOP allocations, reports, participant stock statements, and distribution and cash management services. • Communicate with clients proactively to assist with questions, plan complexity discussions, education, participant data, plan administration procedures, etc. As the #1 recordkeeper of Employee Stock Ownership Plans, Principal provides a wide range of expertise and support to our clients serving nearly 1,200 custom plans involving various levels of complexity.
