This role is about accountability, operational discipline, and results—not just planning, but delivering. 💡 Key Responsibilities: • Lead all operational functions to meet throughput, quality, and cost objectives • Translate strategic goals into short-term, plant-level execution plans • Deliver monthly KPI performance reports with analysis and corrective actions • Drive safety, compliance, and preventive maintenance culture (OSHA, EPA, etc.) • Lead Kaizen events and implement Lean practices to improve efficiency • Align operations with Sales, Engineering, Finance, HR, and Quality 📈 What Success Looks Like: • Consistent achievement of daily, weekly, and monthly plant targets • Safe, clean, and highly reliable operations with 5S discipline • Teams motivated, aligned, and executing strategy at every level • KPIs tracked, reviewed, and acted upon with no surprises 👤 The Ideal Candidate: • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or Business Administration • Proven leadership experience in multi-site manufacturing or operations • Expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement • Detail-oriented, results-focused, and a motivator of teams This is an outstanding opportunity for a performance-driven operator who thrives in fast-paced environments and leads by example. #operations #manufacturing #leadership #lean #kaizen #executivejobs
