Manage complex escalations in medical record retrieval, improve workflows, and lead operational improvements. | Requires 2+ years in healthcare operations or customer-facing roles, strong organizational skills, and healthcare terminology knowledge. | As our Operations Escalations Manager, you’ll own our most complex and high-priority medical record retrieval cases and improve the systems behind them. This is a hands-on role with strategic impact. You won’t just resolve escalations; you’ll identify why they happened, surface trends, and work cross-functionally to prevent them in the future. You’ll also play a key role in developing team performance - sharing best practices, coaching coordinators, and helping raise the operational bar across the organization. Analyze complex healthcare datasets, audit data quality, collaborate with data engineering and ML teams, and develop data visualizations. | Must have healthcare data experience, strong Python and SQL skills, knowledge of data standards and pipeline orchestration, and statistical validation expertise. | We’re looking for a Senior Data Analyst to join us at Predoc. You’ll dive deep into large healthcare datasets, audit and improve data quality, and collaborate closely with our data engineering and ML engineering crew. What you’ll do: Analyze complex data across multiple distributed sources Contribute to data documentation, lineage tracking, and metadata management Audit pipelines, spot issues, and help define best practices for data quality Engage with data engineering to enhance our data infrastructure Translate business questions to analytics and communicate the findings with stakeholders Develop clear data visualizations to help teams make informed decisions Required Skills: Experience in healthcare or health tech working with various data providers and standards (HIE, Script data, Data Archivers, HL7, FHIR, C-CDA, etc.) Strong Python skills, including experience with libraries such as pandas, numpy, scipy, matplotlib, seaborn, and plotly Hands-on experience analyzing structured and semi-structured data using SQL (PostgreSQL preferred) and formats like Hierarchical JSON, CSV, XML, and Parquet Strong foundation in statistical validation techniques and hypothesis testing Experience with data modeling and working with data lakehouses Understanding of ETL workflows and data pipeline orchestration Bonus points if you have: Experience with data testing and validation tools like pandera, pydantic, great_expectations, etc. Experience developing and maintaining data reference documentation (data dictionary or similar)
