Experience Required: • 7+ years of experience in program or project management, with 3+ years supporting complex technical or engineering programs. • Hands-on experience managing IT modernization, software development, cloud migration, or cybersecurity programs. • Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, and Waterfall methodologies. • Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, and SharePoint. • Strong understanding of system development life cycles (SDLC), DevSecOps pipelines, and IT governance practices. • Experience interfacing with federal or defense customers or supporting mission-critical programs. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: • Knowledge of enterprise IT systems, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), and software development practices. • Knowledge of risk management, compliance frameworks, and quality assurance standards. • Skill in facilitating decision-making, resolving conflicts, and managing competing priorities. • Ability to communicate complex technical issues to non-technical stakeholders and senior leadership. • Ability to deliver under pressure while maintaining focus on customer satisfaction and team morale. • Ability to drive accountability and outcomes across technical and programmatic workstreams.
