Responsibilities Overview Account Manager supporting the E-commerce Pureplay Center-Store food business for all categories PCB participates in. Customers include Amazon, Amazon Fresh, GoPuff, and Misfits Market. This individual will own and manage the Post Consumer Brands and customer's joint business plans along with all aspects associated with delivering top line sales and bottom-line profit goals. Responsibilities and Accountabilities • Sales lead for our Center-Store food business unit with goal of increasing market share penetration and driving profitable sales growth. • Business Management • Develop mutually beneficial strong partnerships with the customer. • Build & maintain relationships internally with all cross functional partners inclusive of; Customer Solutions, E-commerce Media, Trade, Revenue Management, Brand Marketing and Supply Chain. • Develop strategies to drive brand + category growth and achieve sales + profit g • Strong understanding of P&L ownership and impact to Post Consumer Brands and the customer. • Own & lead negotiation for joint business plans, line reviews, quarterly business reviews, promotional and feature plans, cost updates and other key initiatives. • Influence customer partners to implement solutions through data-based presentations that deliver results beneficial for the customer and Post Consumer Brands. • Support and partner with Supply Chain Team to drive forecast accuracy and mutually beneficial solutions at the customer. • Ability to clearly communicate and influence with senior leadership to support customer goals • Manage execution of everyday business, including customer forms & reports, online content, item maintenance, deal setups, logistics, inventory management, etc. • Business Planning & Analytics • Develop and present the annual business plan and communicate to all relevant internal partners. • Develop and present Monthly Business Reviews to all internal cross functional partners • Develop and maintain a monthly sales forecast and communicate to all relevant internal partners. • Oversee a trade budget and improve trade efficiency with the customer. • Manage internal sales systems including; baseline forecasts, promotions, pricing, deductions, etc. • Perform in-depth data analytics of sales and profit components. Data drivers include; merchandising, promotions, pricing, inventory availability, content, digital shelf, etc. • Manage syndicated data sources to inform strategic and tactical plans. • Drive business process improvements by working closely with cross-functional business partners. Qualifications Education • Bachelor's degree is required Experience • A minimum of 2 years of CPG sales/account management experience is required. • Experience managing an E-commerce business is required, Amazon preferred. • Ability to build sales forecast and manage to sales plan throughout the year • Significant analytical and critical thinking skills with experience analyzing data & translating it into action. • Understanding of supply chain systems beneficial Other Characteristics • Proven business manager with solid understanding of online business drivers. • Highly collaborative and capable of receiving direction from peers and leaders across functions • Ability to work with ambiguity, navigate and add value to business situations and organizational challenges with no existing process or solution. • Strong communication skills, verbal and written. • Proficient technical skills in Microsoft Office applications (i.e. Excel, PowerPoint) and 3rd party data systems. • Strong negotiation, conflict resolution and presentation skills. • Natural curiosity for how things work and the ability to thrive in ambiguity. • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment. • Ability to travel up to 20% of work schedule The pay range for this position is $99,119 - $154,626 per year.

Location Description Post Consumer Brands is proud to launch an all-new warehouse in Wilmer, TX (15 miles south of Dallas) to efficiently transport pet food, cereal, and all our products to store shelves. This air-conditioned facility will be over 1 million square feet and include all of the latest distribution technology to help deliver on PCB’s core purpose of making lives better by making delicious food accessible for all, including our furry friends! Responsibilities POSITION OVERVIEW: The purpose of this position is to coordinate the unloading and loading of inbound and outbound loads to ensure outbound shipping schedules are maintained. This position will be the main point of contact with carriers and carrier drivers concerning loads being delivered to and picked up from the warehouse and provide proper load documentation on outbound loads. In addition, in the absence of the Warehouse Manager / Supervisor the incumbent will lend support to the onsite Team Lead for assigned site Duties And Responsibilities • Responsible for the on-time loading so that loads will be in a ready to ship status prior to the promised ready to ship time. • Coordinate yard activities including spotter driver direction; trailer inventory; and work flow. • Provide work direction to warehouse loaders. • Assist loading crews - special loading instructions, inventory/load discrepancies. • Adjust picks based on changes in information. • Print bill of ladings and review for accuracy. Ensure carrier drivers have all required paperwork for load transport. Ensure proper load documentation is stored in PCB systems as required. • Communicate with and manage inbound carriers and CPU drivers. • Coordinate less than truckload orders. (LTL) • Assist in pulling cases from inventory for sales samples picks, aged product sample and noncompliance returns to production facilities. • Schedule pick-ups with partial carriers (such as FedEx and/or UPS) to ensure on time delivery to customer. • Maintain the loading schedule, trailer list, and short product report. Provide to the management team as needed. • Provide back up to the team leads during absences. • Maintain dispatch board for accuracy throughout the shift; also perform door check each afternoon or before end of shift. • Maintain a clean and organized work area. • Work with customer service, transportation, production scheduling, and production to resolve shipment issues. • Dispatcher may assist warehouse manager in ordering office and warehouse supplies. • Ensure that all company food safety, food security, and quality assurance procedures are followed and documented correctly at all times. • Other duties as assigned. Qualifications EDUCATION: • Minimum of a high school diploma • Additional training in warehouse/transportation or supply chain functions preferred. Experience • Minimum of six months experience as a loader and/or shipping computer operator • Supervisory experience in a warehousing environment. Other Characteristics • Strong math, problem solving, and data entry skills. • Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast paced, team environment. • Communicate effectively with internal and external customers as well as the distribution team. • Takes initiative to follow-up, problem solve, and complete duties in a timely manner. • Knowledge of warehouse management system and distribution process flow. • Understands financial impact of decisions related to warehousing and transportation.
