About the role We’re looking for a strategic, insight-driven Senior Product Marketer to join our brand marketing team and help shape how Point understands its homeowners, tells its story, and brings products to market. This is a highly visible, cross-functional role at the center of product, growth, and brand strategy. You’ll play a critical role in defining the narrative for Point’s flagship Home Equity Investment and future products, bringing clarity, coherence, and rigor to how we communicate across every touchpoint. You’ll partner closely with Product, Growth, Design, CX, Sales, and Leadership to ensure our positioning, messaging, and go-to-market efforts are grounded in deep customer understanding and drive meaningful impact. This role is ideal for a senior-level marketer who thrives as a thought-leader, enjoys owning complex problems end to end, and is excited to operate with both strategic depth and hands-on execution in a high-growth environment. Your responsibilities • Build customer insights Lead homeowner research and contribute to segmentation development, ensuring marketing and product decisions are grounded in real customer understanding. • Develop the narrative Collaborate with the Brand team to incorporate your product research into segment messaging, and tone of voice across channels. • Lead product marketing Build and execute go-to-market plans for launches, enhancements, and experiments in close partnership with Product and Growth. • Shape Point’s content and communications strategy Partner with content, SEO/AEO, social, and reviews to ensure messaging meaningfully advances our narrative, organic visibility, and homeowner trust. • Measure and learn Define and track KPIs related to message clarity, awareness, trust, and content performance. About you • 6+ years of product marketing experience, preferably in a high-consideration or regulated category (fintech a plus). • Deep experience with customer research and segmentation, with the ability to translate qualitative and quantitative insights into clear positioning and messaging. • Proven product marketing operator with a track record of leading GTM efforts, launches, and cross-functional alignment. • Exceptionally strong writer and communicator who can translate complexity into clarity across products, segments, and channels. • High ownership, strong judgment, and a bias toward action — comfortable operating autonomously and driving work forward. • A systems thinker who enjoys creating frameworks, structure, and repeatable processes in ambiguous or high-growth environments. Point has identified the expected annual base salary for this role at this level based on the market by tiers (Region | Location | Market Salary): • Tier 1 | San Francisco Bay Area, New York, and Seattle | $137,000 - $190,000 • Tier 2 | Chicago, Austin, Denver, Boston, Washington DC, San Diego, Portland, Sacramento, Philadelphia, Los Angeles & Santa Barbara | $122,400 - $170,000 • Tier 3 | All other US metro areas | $107,000 - $151,000 This does not include any other potential components of the compensation package, including equity, benefits, and perks outlined above. At the launch of each position, we benchmark compensation to the appropriate role and level utilizing competitive compensation data from various data sources as references. At the offer stage, we use the signal we received from our interviews, coupled with your experience, location, and other job-related factors, to determine final compensation.
