Lead marketing efforts for a Web3 AI product, managing agencies, designing campaigns, and growing brand presence while preparing to take on a leadership role. | 5-7 years leading marketing for a Web3 project with a successful token event, experience in DeFi or crypto infrastructure, and a traditional bachelor's degree from a top school. | Marketing and Community Lead – Web3 x AI – North America (Remote) Plexus are working with a San Francisco-based AI Foundation working on their flagship product, building towards mainstream adoption of AI, Robotics and User Data Monetization onchain. Having recently raised $11m from A16z and other notable VCs, they are looking to add to their existing marketing team. Details as follows: Responsibilities • Report to CMO, facilitating a bridge between high-level strategy and junior marketing staff (executing) • Grow into leadership role, allowing the current Strategic CMO to step back into a hands-off advisory position within 6-12m • Lead marketing efforts, coordinating agency use and spend, designing impactful campaigns and growing brand presence Requirements • Between 5-7 years leading marketing strategy and execution for a Web3 Project that has delivered either a TGE or ICO to successful adoption • Background in DeFi, L1, L2 or Crypto Infra • Traditional Academic background, bachelors or relevant international equivalent from a top school Offer/Benefits • Full W2 Employment Contract • Healthcare, 401k + additional benefits • Competitive salary + equity/token allocation (variable) Sound like you, or someone you know?
