This position is responsible for coordinating and facilitating the Data Governance workgroup and providing data support to various management staff and groups, including the Management Team, Health Care Delivery teams, External Affairs teams, CEO, and CFO. YOUR DAY- TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES: • Lead and support data governance efforts to ensure the agency uses data consistently and accurately. • Understand how key data systems (including the EHR) are structured in order to find, organize, and report information effectively. • Create, maintain, and update documentation, resources, and shared tools that help staff access and understand reports. • Produce regular and ad-hoc data reports for internal teams and external partners, ensuring information is accurate and delivered on time. • Collaborate with departments to build reporting tools, provide basic training, and support staff who rely on data for decision-making. • Contribute to agency needs by completing special projects, supporting teamwork, and staying flexible as priorities and schedules shift. The Remote Care Team Manager oversees the daily operations of the virtual health center, ensuring high-quality care and a seamless patient experience. A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant healthcare practice and supervisory experience is strongly preferred. | POSITION TITLE: Remote Care Team Manager LOCATION: Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont HOURS: Full Time (37.5 hours/wk), Salaried position POSITION PURPOSE: The Remote Care Team Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of PPNNE’s virtual health center, ensuring high-quality care and seamless patient experience. This role provides leadership and support to administrative & clinical staff, fosters a positive work environment, and promotes accountability through clear expectations and adherence to organizational standards. The manager also monitors key performance metrics, identifies training needs, and engages in community outreach to strengthen partnerships and expand patient access to services. Candidates with Registered Nurse (RN) and/or Telehealth experience are encouraged to apply. \n YOUR DAY- TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES: Manages the day-to-day operations of the health center, participates in creating visit volume goals, monitors daily schedules, adjusts schedule to meet or exceed goals, and develops ongoing mitigation strategies, when necessary. Understands, supports and communicates all PPNNE services offered, including birth control, STI testing, Gender Affirming Care and abortion care, using accurate and inclusive language. Makes sure staff follow all policies, procedures, and regulations set by PPNNE, PPFA, and state and federal guidelines. Candidates with 3-5 years of experience can expect to earn between $65,000 - $70,000 per hour/year. As experience increases, so does the rate of pay, with candidates who have 7-8 or more years of direct experience earning up to $74,000 per hour/year.
