Deconstruct complex business and customer problems into actionable product requirements and epics for development teams. Prioritize development activities based on customer value, business impact, operational efficiency, and engineering capacity. Partner with Engineering and UX to deliver thoughtful, user-centric solutions while incorporating AI where it provides measurable gains in productivity or automation. Work closely with business process owners to align on requirements, rollout plans, timelines, and go-to-market strategies. Facilitate user story workshops, mapping sessions, and backlog grooming to ensure clarity, sequencing, and shared understanding across teams. Collaborate with product designers, marketing, customer success, and sales to ensure new features launch successfully and adoption goals are met. Communicate ideas and product decisions clearly, concisely, and consistently across diverse audiences. Support Agile ceremonies and partner closely with the Scrum team to ensure timely and effective delivery of stories, epics, and features. Continuously look for opportunities to modernize product operations—especially through AI-powered workflows, automation, and intelligent insights. What will make you stand out: Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, engineering, or a related field. 10+ years of Product Management experience, with a strong track record of delivering business and customer outcomes. 3+ years applying AI tools, frameworks, or workflows to drive productivity, automation, or operational efficiency. Our mission is to simplify pre-construction workflows, help industry professionals find more projects, and build meaningful relationships that drive success. The Bid List Data Entry Researcher is responsible for analyzing planholder lists, bid lists, and construction project data to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and reliability of information within our platform. This role directly supports contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers by maintaining high-quality data that drives meaningful project connections. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, information-heavy environment. What you'll be doing: • Analyze GC planholder lists and bid lists to identify, extract, and interpret relevant contractor and project information. • Parse and structure data accurately before entering it into internal systems. • Ensure data quality and consistency by reviewing information for completeness, accuracy, and adherence to internal standards. • Conduct secondary research to confirm project award status, including awarded contractors, timelines, and verification sources. • Update and maintain records as new information becomes available to ensure bid and award data remains up to date. • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve data discrepancies and support cross-functional data quality needs. • Contribute to ongoing data cleanup projects and process improvement initiatives.
