The Software Engineer will design and develop high-quality APIs using the Laravel framework and maintain scalable backend systems. They will also integrate various databases and ensure efficient data management for APIs. | Candidates should have 3+ years of experience in software development, particularly with PHP and Laravel. Drive client retention and adoption of PlanHub’s SaaS platform through onboarding, training, support, upselling, and proactive client engagement. | Minimum 3 years inbound sales or customer success experience, fluency in English and Spanish, SaaS experience preferred, strong communication and organizational skills, and familiarity with HubSpot. | What you'll do to make an impact: Establish clear client retention goals.
