Qualifications • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent • Master's Degree or Equivalent preferred • At least 10-15 Years' experience in related field • Strategic Architectural Frameworks • Mastery of strategic architectural frameworks and methodologies • Expertise in integrating IT and business strategies at an enterprise level. • Proven Skills in driving the adoption of innovative technologies within the architecture framework. • Develop and maintain the technology roadmap for all tools, applications, infrastructure, and platforms, ensuring tight alignment with the overall company strategy. • Demonstrate deep, wide-ranging knowledge of the entire enterprise technology landscape and operations. • Drive solution architecture best practices and leverage the ability to influence and lead teams, even when working with incomplete information. • Bring 7-10 years of senior architecture leadership experience, with proven ability to influence VPs and non-technical leadership, translating complex technology concepts into realistic, business-centric outcomes Additional Information • Overnight travel required up to 10%, training conferences, special sessions only as needed • General office work requiring sitting or standing for long periods of time. • Able to work evenings, weekends, and off hours (Only as needed to support major launches or incidents)
