A single digital campaign can involve 100+ emails, dozens of landing pages, sophisticated marketing automation, multiple departments, and hard launch deadlines. This Senior Project Manager will become the company's primary Project Manager and will lead a Project Coordinator. You will inherit active projects and existing PM infrastructure while taking ownership of keeping critical initiatives moving and strengthening the systems behind them. Culture This role is ideal for a hands-on Senior Project Manager who has worked in a coaching company, digital education business, performance marketing organization, agency, membership business, or another digital launch-heavy entrepreneurial environment. You are not a PM who simply updates timelines, facilitates meetings, and asks other people for status updates. You personally build project plans, gather requirements, identify dependencies, hold stakeholders accountable, validate outcomes, and make sure projects actually cross the finish line. Benefits 100% Remote Multiple medical insurance options Employer contribution toward medical insurance premiums Dental and vision insurance options Supplemental life insurance Voluntary short-term and long-term disability insurance 15 days of PTO annually 7 paid company holidays Access to company-certified coaches and personal development opportunities Opportunities to attend company live events Travel and leisure membership benefits Why This Opportunity Is Different This is an opportunity to become the person leadership trusts to know whether the company's most important initiatives are actually on track and getting across the finish line. Own the project management function rather than becoming one PM within a large PMO Coordinate sophisticated launches involving marketing automation, copywriting, customer journeys, landing pages, and hard deadlines Manage multiple concurrent initiatives across marketing, coaching, events, products, sales, operations, and media Join a fast-moving entrepreneurial organization where ownership and initiative are highly valued The environment can include three or four launches running back-to-back while recurring programs and fulfillment initiatives continue simultaneously. Working closely with leadership, you'll coordinate Marketing, Copywriting, Marketing Automation, Customer Operations, Events, Coaching, Product, Sales, and external partners across digital launches, live and virtual events, coaching programs, digital products/platforms, podcast and media initiatives, and other company priorities. You'll inherit an existing project management environment built primarily in Asana. Your responsibility will be to quickly understand what exists, preserve what works, identify gaps, and improve or rebuild the infrastructure where necessary. Responsibilities Own multiple concurrent cross-functional projects across digital launches, marketing campaigns, live and virtual events, coaching programs, digital products/platforms, podcast/media initiatives, and company priorities. Personally build and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, dependencies, milestones, ownership, and workflows within Asana. Coordinate Marketing, Copywriting, Marketing Automation, Customer Operations, Events, Coaching, Product, Sales, leadership, and external partners to keep initiatives moving toward completion. Drive sophisticated digital launches involving CRM and marketing automation workflows, customer journeys, promotional windows, email campaigns, landing pages, copy, testing, and hard launch deadlines. Proactively identify risks, chase dependencies, hold stakeholders accountable, escalate issues when necessary, and communicate when deliverables or timelines are at risk. Validate that work is actually complete by reviewing critical deliverables, confirming requirements have been met, performing final QA checks, and helping close execution gaps when necessary. Assess the existing PM environment and Asana infrastructure, preserve effective processes, identify weaknesses, implement improvements, and lead a Project Coordinator while creating greater visibility and accountability across the organization. Qualifications 5+ years of hands-on project management, launch management, product/program management, or similar cross-functional experience in a fast-moving organization. Proven experience managing digital launches, marketing campaigns, product deployments, or similarly complex initiatives involving multiple departments, hard deadlines, and interdependent deliverables. Experience within a coaching company, digital education business, performance marketing organization, agency, membership business, or another launch-heavy entrepreneurial environment. Strong understanding of digital marketing and launch workflows, including CRM/marketing automation, email campaigns, landing pages, promotional launch windows, and cross-functional dependencies. Strong project management systems experience, with Asana experience highly preferred. Proven ability to manage several complex initiatives simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail and visibility across priorities.
